Havsutsikt mot Båtafjorden/Bua i söder och i väster strålande vy mot kärnkraftverket Ringhals. 50 m till busshållplats, 100 m till utegym och löpstig, 1 km till bad. Meddela om ni vill ta med egna lakan för 200 SEK rabatt. Städning ingår ej.

Välkommen till vårt nybyggda attefallhus med närhet till både hav och skog. Här kan du slå dig ned med en bok framför brasan eller bara vila ögonen på havet och ängen framför huset. Närheten till havet, och tystnaden och lugnet är det bästa med vårt hus. Huset har vi byggt med hjälp av familj och vänner under vintern och våren 2022-2023. Det mesta av träinredningen är från ekar från den egna tomten. Vi har byggt ett hus som vi själva vill bo i så vi hoppas ni kommer att trivas!

Welcome to Bua! A tiny house with a nice atmosphere, what we in Sweden call an "Attefallshus". Its 25 square metre, with a sleeping loft. Only 600m to the sea and just 100m to a small forest with nice walks. Bua is a small fishing village at the west coast of Sweden, close to Gothenburg (65km), Kungsbacka (38km) Varberg (25km) & the famous shopping place GeKås Ullared (50km). With a 20 minute car or bus ride you will find yourselves in Varberg. The city centre is well suited for walking with plenty of cafés. From the trainstation you can find yourselves in Göteborg or Halmstad within the hour.

Mysigt boende i högt läge och trevlig utsikt

House of 25 sqm with private location with sea view in wonderful Espevik. Parking included. 10 km from Varberg. 200 meters to the beach. About 1.3 km away is Espeviks camping with a large beach. 1 km to nature reserve. Plenty of walking paths. Wonderful patio in high location. There is one bed, (160cm wide) and we permit 2 guests, however small children are of course also allowed free of charge.

Wir waren zu zweit im Haus von Ingrid und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen! Es gibt eine holzbefeuerte Sauna und einen gemütlichen Kamin. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und im Sommer üppig grün, mit Weidetieren vor der Nase. Die Strasse vor dem Haus ist nicht besonders stark befahren und hat uns wenig gestört. In der Küche haben wir alle Utensilien gefunden, die wir gebraucht haben und das Bad ist modern. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen, Ingrid ist eine tolle Gastgeberin.

We had a delightful stay at Ida and Jonathan's guesthouse. The house is perfect for a family with 2 children, who get to sleep in the 'tree house' (upstairs, with lovely views out the windows into the trees). Everything about the property is well thought out, spotless, and new, with views and vistas in all directions. Fresh-cut flowers in vases and a welcome package in the house meant our hosts were standouts! Ida and Jonathan let us borrow their boat to explore the lake, and ensured we had life jackets for our kids. They have a beautiful garden and comfortable bedding, and they have considered what guests need to unwind!

Wir haben leider nur eine Nacht während unserer Durchreise in dieser Unterkunft verbracht, wären aber gerne länger geblieben. Die Lage ist toll direkt am Wasser, besonders mit der wunderbaren Aussicht aus dem Fenster über dem Bett. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und gemütlich und trotz der kompakten Größe ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Sogar Getränke, Obst und frische Blumen standen bereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wärmstens empfehlen.

Sehr einzigartige und individuelle Unterkunft. Freundlich und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Von dort aus kann viel unternommen , oder einfach nur die Aussicht genossen werden. Es lohnt sich einfach dort eine Zeit zu verbringen.

It was great to stay here. The cabin is very cozy and looks great. You have everything you need to have a pleasant stay and it was very clean. It is located at a very quiet place, so it is great to relax. Perfekt for a weekend getaway, but also for a longer time. The highlight were the sheep, which where around the airbnb and the evenings in the greenhouse.
