The house is located at the foot of mountain Aenos, a few hundred meters before entering Valeriano village. The 40 sq.m apt at the basement on the south side of the villa, is fully equipped and airconditioned by two inverters, ideal for couples, families or friends. It consists of two airconditioned bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a king size bed which also has a silent fan), a small living room with a TV, a fully equipped small kitchen, a bathroom, a yard of its own and a garden.

We live in the most beautiful area of the island far away from massive tourism. We have our own private cove just down the house. It is great for snorkeling, you can see fish and star fish. We have 2 kayaks for 2 people each and 4 standup paddles that you can use for free. It is ideal for exploring the famous blue caves. You might even see a seal or a turtle. The port of Agios Nikolaos is only 5 min walk. There are traditional restaurants, mini-markets, bars and 2 beaches.

This is the most fabulous place. A beautiful house, with beautiful views down to the sea. Easily accessible to the various beaches nearby and to Fiscado and Maggonos for both restaurants and supplies. It's very peaceful and tranquil. The beach walkable from the house is worth the effort as it's deserted with clear water so very special, but is a good walk up and down.

The villa is in a stunning location, with gorgeous views over the sea. The sunset views from the patio are especially amazing. The layout of the villa suited us perfectly, we just used downstairs and didn’t need to use the top floor. There are several tavernas and supermarkets within walking distance, and it’s only a few minutes by car into Fiskardo. The WiFi is a bit poor in places, but that didn’t really bother us as it was nice to relax without it. We definitely recommend this villa and would love to return sometime in the future.

From the moment we walked in, Villa Emiliata wowed all of our party and felt like a true home from home. The outside areas of pool and the surrounding patios and gardens are utterly stunning. The views East and West from the balconies have to be seen to be believed. All items were easy to locate for the kitchen, dining, towels, toiletries and other amenities. The welcome hamper was a very lovely touch. We all had a very enjoyable stay. With regards to privacy, we barely saw Evangelita, who lives on site below, she only made herself known if we needed help with anything, or on the days she came to clean, change the towels and bedding, etc. We used Google Maps to get there and it took us right to the front door, so that was easy, too. We loved it, and we'll definitely be booking again. Many thanks to all the Freelance Villas team. XXX Matthew

Delightful villa, in beautiful shady forest surroundings. Very well laid out with every amenity that one would wish. Large pool in stunning garden setting. Lots of different places to sit. Beautiful wildlife, birds, insects, butterflies and wonderful bats in the evening. Great BBQ and Nespresso machine. Excellent coms throughout. Well stocked fridge/essentials - perfect as we arrived late.

We had a fabulous week at Lighthouse Villa 2. Hosts were responsive and attentive, Villa was great in every way with a more than workable kitchen area with all the gadgets. Pool was cold but that was welcome on a 33 degree day and lovely once you were in. Well appointed, beautiful scenery. Takes around 30 minutes to walk into Argostoli centre where you can find everything you need. We hired a car and quads and it was great to get about the island. There are 2 small restaurants about 50 yards from the villa which are both lovely and friendly. The washing machine was a great addition as we came home with clean clothes - bonus There are plenty of supplies of essentials at the Villa, from sun cream to alcohol from previous guests. Dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid etc. We would definitely stay again

We stayed for 3 days at this apartment which was clean and comfortable. It had every we needed for our stay. The washing machine was an extra bonus as we had travelled very light! Periklis was a responsive host who gave us a warm welcome. The apartment is situated a few streets back from the sea front which was an easy walk.

We had a lovely stay at the villa which was well equipped and very clean. The pool is lovely and of a decent size. The only thing I was not aware of that may be useful for others is that the house shares a plot with another identical house - there is a hedge border between the two houses. It was not an issue but just something to be aware of. I absolutely recommend this villa for holidaymakers.

We just enjoyed a lovely week at Villa Piano. It really is an amazing villa, with picture perfect views of the pool, lawn and sea beyond. The villa itself is spacious with loads of living space, and big bedrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped, and came with much more crockery, pots and pans, etc than normal with an airbnb. We were traveling with a baby, and the hosts helpfully arranged a high chair, travel cot, and lots of baby-specific towels, blankets and bedding. We felt right at home! Will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Myrtia Apartment in Divarata. The location is strategic for exploring the north of the island (Fiskardo, Assos, etc), and the beautiful Myrtos beach is less than 10 minutes away. The interior spaces are suitable for two people. The bed is new and equipped with a memory foam mattress. The large outdoor spaces allowed us to comfortably spread out beach towels and bathing suits after the beach and we appreciated the ability to use the washing machine in the building. The proximity (2-minute walk) to 4 taverns, a bar, an ice cream parlor, a butcher shop and two mini-markets made the stay extremely convenient. The quiet and bucolic environment, with a flock of sheep stopping in a field not far away and visible from the apartment, made the experience even more authentic. In addition, communication with the host through Airbnb was quick and effective.

Amazing host and even more amazing apartment! Surrounded by a beautiful forest with lovely goats and a stunning view of the sea. There is even a small secret cove nearby. I got to meet the Charming hostess and she made us feel safe that anything we needed - she would be able to help and even recommended special activities for the holiday that the island had just celebrated. I recommend it to anyone who wants peace and quiet a short distance from the center of things.

We didn’t want to leave!! The villla is beautiful with a stunning view. You have everything you need for your stay and William was always available which was great! We couldn’t have asked for more really other than maybe a pool you could swim in rather than a plunge pool but we still enjoyed taking a dip every day. We would 100% return here and definately recommend to all.
