Hello and bonjour, My name is Nicola and I'm Scottish but love the fantastic countyside here in beautiful Burgundy. Our cute house with terrace and mezzanine is nestling under the magnificent Chateauneuf en Auxois. In 2 minutes you can walk along the Canal De Bourgogne taking in the wonderful views. Lots of interestings places to visit,wine to drink, markets, restaurants, castles, nature. Beaune 25 minutes, Dijon 40. Local market in summer in Pouilly en Auxois on a Friday. A bientot, Nicola :)

Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. La maison est totalement indépendante, avec son jardin privatif. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions ou autre. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

A Pentecost weekend that rhymes with "Thank you our lovely hosts": We had a great extended weekend of reunions with a friend, during this Burgundian getaway. La Closerie des Sources is a haven of peace, in a green setting. The cottage is very comfortable: it is furnished in a contemporary way, with great taste and has high quality amenities. The bedding is of exceptional quality in each room and the towels are classy and cozy. What more can I say: Sacha and her parents Patricia and Marcel are very welcoming and accommodating. The pool is a real plus in this nice, well-maintained green space. The setting is idyllic, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a quiet time with family and/or friends. I chose this Airbnb for a week away to celebrate my birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Marloes and Olav were incredibly welcoming hosts, from the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home. The Airbnb itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, with so much attention to detail. The area is stunning, peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet still close to nearby towns with plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to explore. The facilities were great, everything was exactly as described, and more. Marloes was always just a message away and super helpful throughout my stay, which made everything even more relaxing. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful escape in a beautiful location. I’ll definitely be back!

The studio was superb, comfortable and very well-equipped, and we felt at home there. But what particularly marked us was the beautiful setting! We loved enjoying this peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. The welcome by Fabien and Alexia was very warm, if we return to the area we will be happy to return!!
