The house is installed with ventilation systems. The hot tub is equipped with a large heater. Downstairs there is table tennis , extra kitchen, projector 100" with TV connected programs.

There is plenty of space - both inside and out - and a lovely large terrace, with plenty of garden furniture and a weber gas grill.
