We had a very good time at Jasemin's Villa. The house is beautifully and quietly located, ideal for travelling anywhere in Northern Cyprus. It is equipped with everything you could wish for. We can only recommend it.

Good afternoon. My girlfriend and I and my son (1.5 years old) stayed at Bilal's place for a month. The house is as described and shown in the pictures. There is essentials for a comfortable life. But keep in mind that the house is not freshly renovated, it is several years old. There was mold in the bathroom and in the kitchen cabinets. But a little. There is a playground on the territory, but it is in terrible condition. In general, the entire territory of the complex is in a sad condition. But the pools are nice and clean. My child and I usually went to the next pool, where there is a children's part. There are also a lot of cats in the complex, for which no one cleans. And also dogs just run throughout the complex, and no one cleans them either. For people with allergies or fear of animals, it will be difficult to live peacefully. There is no sandy beach in a walking distance. The nearest beaches are 10-15 minutes away, they are stone. It is not possible to swim with a small child. The beaches were dirty. Plastic, algae, cigarette butts - all lying around and floating in the water. Therefore, you definitely need a car for rent.
