Husets nybyggda altaner badar i ljus från tidig morgon till solnedgång och här njuter ni av en fantastisk utsikt. Ta pendeln enkelt in till stadskärnan på några minuter eller stanna kvar och njut av villans lummiga trädgård. Bara ett stenkast bort finner ni även både friluftsområde och Göteborgs största shoppingcenter.
