My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

This property is located 5 minutes from Hovås Beach and Askimsbadet. The ocean Close by, 2 minutes, to forest walks to, among other places, Sisjön/Amundön. Proximity to the bus stop - 50 m . Bus to Gothenburg in 20 min bus X3. Close to grocery store, 1 1/2 km. Possibility to borrow bicycles available. Feel free to ask if there is anything that is desirable and we may be able to arrange this! You live in part of our generation's home with of course your own entrance see photos.

Magnificent views where you can sit and have a glass of rosé and look out over the golf course and all the way into Gothenburg. The house is newly renovated with all the amenities that may be needed. Two 1.60 beds and one 2.10. Very calm and harmonious environment. Nice walking/running trails along the sea and forest nearby.

Or take the tram 2 stops to nearby Saltholmen and take the ferries to the lovely southern archipelago.
