This living space is in the lower level of our ranch home, which is located in a lovely and safe neighborhood. The furnishings in this area are mostly antique pieces that came from special family members. You may also use the screen porch and patio for relaxing in the spring/summer. You will have a private entrance through the garage so you can come and go as you like. The kitchen is furnished so you may cook. There are also many restaurants close by. Lovely place, stayed there for half a year. Location is near pretty much any store you can think of. Garage is tight if you have a large vehicle. Neighborhood is very nice and backyard has a nice creek!

This place has such a homey feel. The Airbnb is upstairs and separate from the host’s home, so it was convenient and made me feel more safe. The host is very welcoming and always happy to help with anything I needed. They invited us in to see their basement and play with their pets. They also have a dog and a cat that are very cute!

I had a wonderful stay at Hector’s place. A fully stocked kitchen (lots of very nice dinnerware/drinkware and kitchen gadgets) plus a container with coffee, cream, oatmeal etc was available (nice touch). The bathroom was stocked with all the necessities and great linens. The neighborhood is very peaceful and I enjoyed coffee in the morning on the deck outside. The neighborhood feels very safe. I had never used the August app to gain entry before, that was very straight forward and easy to use. The unit is so nicely decorated, made for a comfortable stay. The owners were very responsive, a message to them through the app was responded to immediately. The location is perfect, quick car ride to the downtown area and very quick access to the interstate. I would certainly return to this home upon my next visit.

This was the third time I stayed at Patrick’s and it is always an extremely enjoyable experience. From the beautiful view of Lake Michigan, the comfortable accommodations and the close proximity of restaurants and downtown it would be impossible for me to give a higher recommendation. I look forward to my next visit to Manitowoc in the spring and hope Patrick’s place will be available.

Our stay was fabulous! The apartment was so cute and a perfect location downtown. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Even on a very hot weekend the AC kept us nice and cool. Saturday morning we went right downstairs and explored the farmer’s market out on Main Street. We loved our stay and will hopefully be back again.

This bu far is one of the BEST Airbnb stays we have ever had. The house is gorgeous and clean! There is a closed in yard if you have dogs, and the house just really feels like home. We loved it so much that we stayed an extra night! Andy was very communicative and we appreciated his quick response time. Will definitely be staying here again when we are in Green Bay!

Packers fans, this is the place to stay. So close to Broadway St which has so much to do and it’s only a short drive to the field. I would stay here every time I go to Green-bay if I could. The place was in amazing condition and the host was extremely responsive. 10/10!

We loved this loft in downtown DePere! The loft was so thoughtfully and well appointed, from the kitchen appliances (especially the coffee maker) to the beverages in the frig, and comfortable furniture. Its location is so walkable to coffee shops, restaurants and the riverwalk. Tom has a very good eye for restoring spaces, mixing the old and new. The loft was extremely well decorated . We would definitely stay here the next time we are in the area!
