This is the perfect single person "me time" place as well as for for couples and a couple of friends. It's small and cozy but perfect for outdoor activities with fire pit. I'm definitely staying here again the next time I'm in Appleton. The best part is the pier, fire pit, fire place and and the heated bathroom floor.

The house itself was the best-equipped rental we’ve ever experienced. Starting with the kitchen: no cheap utensils, no flimsy dishes—they didn’t cut corners. Everything felt like it was stocked by someone who actually cooks. Every little tool or item you’d expect in your own home was there. As for cleanliness—impeccable. This may have been the cleanest short-term rental we've ever stayed in. Spotless, organized, and not a single hair out of place. The location was fantastic: walking distance to downtown Menasha with its charming restaurants and shops, yet peaceful and right on the water. The hot tub was actually the reason we booked, and it absolutely delivered. High-quality Adirondack chairs added a nice touch and made it feel like home. We’re already talking about coming back—especially to try out the pontoon boat next time. Everything about this rental exceeded our (very high) standards. We own beautiful homes ourselves and expect a lot when we travel. This place lived up!

By far my best experience in Green Bay and staying at an Airbnb. Nicole takes great care of the property and is super responsive. We had no issues at all during our stay - it was better than described and located within walking distance of shops and restaurants downtown. I will definitely try to stay here again if I make it back for a game.

I can’t say enough good things about Amy and the house. I have a young family and it was clean, there was plenty of space for everyone, and great location! Quiet street which was great but super close to restaurants, stores, and downtown area. Amy was fantastic as well with fast responses to any questions and completely understanding of a couple of issues that popped up on our end with some travel leaving town. Highly recommend! Will def hope the house is avail the next time we’re in town

We were there in the middle of winter with rainy days and no snow and we still had an amazing time just hanging out in the house. It was beautiful looking at at the icy lake from the dining room windows…so serene. We cooked in the well appointed kitchen, played games in the game room. Donna provided fun for all ages. It was great that Donna had a crib and high chair and a special area in the game room for our granddaughter to play. Only problem we had was starting a fire in the Tiki Hut. Donna provided ample fire wood but it was wet due to the weather. We would have benefited by having a fire starter with us. Would love to go back during the summer !

My kids loved all the ‘hidden’ spaces. I made great use of the exceptional kitchen/dining space. Our dogs were welcome and enjoyed watching the wildlife out on the lake expanse. Plus my husband (a disabled veteran) felt peaceful, safe & at home. We all enjoyed watching several eagles (at least one mated pair with a nest) bring nature into a wonderful up-close view for us. Bonus: after we’d arrived home we discovered a Kindle (pw) got left behind. We felt foolish and like a total pain. No worries! Jay went above and beyond to utilize its retrieval and ensure it was returned, despite our four-hour travel distance away. He was clear, respectful, and kind during our entire stay. We hope to return to this rental again. And would highly recommend any of Jay’s properties. They’re gorgeous, classy & clean but still feel like a home away from home.

We had an amazing stay! Everything was just great — the host was extremely friendly and always quick to respond. The house was very nice, clean, and comfortable, with modern renovations that made it feel fresh and cozy. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

Mari was extremely accommodating with our very late check in over Thanksgiving! Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival and all basic amenities provided. This is a cute place in the country (but easy to find and not far off the main roads)! Would highly recommend and plan to stay again in the future when we come down for another Packers game!
