Comfy stay in a nice neighborhood. Awesome hardwood floors!

It was very cozy and clean. Nice area as well.

The place is wonderful! It has a boutique hotel feel thanks to some lovely small touches and the cute design but with the comfort of things like getting to have coffee in your pjs and a washer/dryer. Also it was bigger than I expected based on the photos. Check in was easy and the location is nice too! I was able to explore Ashland and Huntington but there were also cute shops and a restaurant right underneath the apartment. I’d happily stay here again so if you’re thinking of booking it— do it!

The apartment was thoughtfully appointed and scrupulously clean. I hesitate to add this, because I felt like McKayla was doing me a special favor that she might not be able to do often. My situation was a bit atypical because I was renting the place for a young friend who was moving to town for school. He had to arrive before his apartment was ready and, well, he's young and inexperienced. McKayla was so supportive, helpful, and understanding. We needed to unexpectedly extend his stay and she was still flexible and really wonderful. I will sing the praises of this apartment and our terrific host! great for a longer term stay and very comfortable! McKayla: you have fans who think you rock!

To say this place is amazing, is an understatement. It was cute, and felt like home immediately. I absolutely loved the vintage touches, and the porch was nothing short of a highlight. Duncan was amazing... responsive, kind, and happy to help! I will absolutely be staying again at some point.

I stayed here for one month, and it was worth it. The washer and dryer were very convenient. It was stocked with shampoo, bodywash, conditioner, and kitchen supplies. It also came with a water purifier which came in handy. The hosts were helpful and always ready to help if you need it.

We stayed 5 weeks, Vickie was very easy to get a hold of and made sure we were happy and comfortable. We told her the bed was uncomfortable and she replaced the mattress without hesitation, even though we told her she didn’t have too.

Such a great stay with a beautiful, peaceful surrounding. I enjoyed coffee on the back porch watching the birds and enjoying nature multiple times. The house is very easy to find, and the photo instructions make finding the enterance a breeze. The parking area is large enough I could have turned my Corolla around in the driveway if I'd needed to. The drive up to the house is your typical West Virginia back roads, but if you take it slow and pay attention you'll be just fine. Scottie was quick to respond to any questions I had, and made sure I was comfortable and happy with the stay! If I end up back that way I would for sure stay again!

We needed a last minute stay for a sports tournament. Kim was responsive and flexible, allowing us early check in to help us get settled and ready on time. Her place was very clean, and smelled great! Quiet street, more than enough room for 4 of us.

Excellent place to stay to explore Wayne National Forest! Beautiful scenery and quiet. The house had absolutely everything you need for an extended stay. Gina was also an excellent host! We experienced some vehicle issues over the weekend and the only day that we could resolve them was on Monday (our last day there). She was very understanding and accommodating to our situation. I look forward to staying again!

I really appreciated the opportunity to stay at the Webb house over the holidays! Keri was very accommodating and kind. The home was clean and nicely decorated. It was accurate to the listing, what more could we ask for! The beds were all comfortable and there was complimentary coffee, it is close to a variety of things to do!

My daughter and I had a fabulous stay in Rio Grande! The home was perfect and exceeded our expectations! The online pictures didn’t truly capture the charm of the house. We had a truly lovely stay at this Airbnb while visiting our son for Pascha. The cute stone cottage was comfortable, peaceful, and just what we needed for a meaningful and restful weekend. It was the perfect space to celebrate the joy of the season together as a family. The location was also ideal—close enough to our son’s college to make visiting easy, but tucked away enough to enjoy some quiet time. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared, and the host was kind and responsive. We’re so grateful to have found this spot for such a special occasion!

We’re so glad we found Oscar’s condo. The apartment and furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. Immaculately clean. Great kitchen, appliances, and pans. The views are panoramic and inspiring any time of day. Parking was easy. Short walk to grocery store and restaurants. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at RiverSuite1. The host was proactive in communications, provided clear instructions, and the listing is spot on & accurate. The deck is a great bonus to this stay and our family (and youngsters) really enjoyed spending time on the deck and watching the river, trains, and birds. Had a great time the first time; came back another time!!

Our accommodations were great. The owners could not have been better for their quick response to our questions and coming to our rescue when we locked ourselves out. The location was convenient to downtown, however our only comment about the location was that it was within a block from a shelter for homeless people and we did not feel comfortable walking on that block at night. However, we drove our car to a convenient parking garage downtown instead.
