10/10 stay. This place was perfect. It was located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Check in was easy and simple as well. The house was very clean and comfortable with everything I needed. The host was sure to check on me to make sure I didn’t need anything. If you are thinking of Booking this place, do it! I will definitely be staying again. Thank you for the great stay!

Excellent stay for my husband and I with his parents. The four of us had plenty of room and everything looked just like the pictures in the listing. Easy parking with convenient drop off area in front of the building, including easy access to full menu cafe on the first floor. Everything was clean when we arrived especially bedding and bathrooms, beds were very comfortable for us all. We enjoyed the view as well! There was some windy days and you can definitely hear the wind being up high but it was fine. Traffic below is noisy due to area of town so you can definitely hear those sounds but it didn’t bother us. One small thing needed to be addressed during our stay and host was extremely responsive and it was handled right away with no disruption to our plans. So happy we stayed here and will book again when coming back to Ashland!

Kellye was an exceptional host, who was quick to respond, understanding, and very friendly. The location itself is beautiful, set back on a hill right off a main road. It is a quiet, quaint little home with everything you’d need for a stay. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at her location, and I will be staying here for any return trips.

My wife and 5 year old felt very comfortable here. It was a good place to walk dogs, as well, and it's close to downtown Point Pleasant and in the opposite direction there are several pizza restaurants and some other conveniences for things you might need. We loved the British vibe, and my kid enjoyed looking at all the MG stuff. It was very quiet there and the bed, sofa and chairs were really comfortable. Bob is a friendly fellow. Will stay there again.

Kent is a great host, he was quick to respond. The home was very clean and comfortable. We were down for graduation and were able to walk across the street to the graduation location, it was perfect!

I have family in Portsmouth and my mother lives further down in KY so we often try to stop in our long drive from Buffalo in the Portsmouth area to rest and have dinner with family. Always looking for a reasonably priced but nice little place to spend the night. This little spot is a great location near some fun little restaurants and if you’re so inclined some rather large antique stores where we sometimes find little weird treasures. The apartment is a gem with tasteful quirky decor and lots of space. The bed is a king and quite comfortable. The season had recently turned warm and I do have to say the two AC units in the apartment were not working correctly and only blowing like weak fans and nothing else even on max cool. We survived the night but it was unpleasantly warm for people that like to sleep in a cold room. I wouldn’t want to stay in summer again without assurances that the air conditioning was in full working order.

We loved our stay. Everything was as described, although a few more pictures and a more detailed amenity list would have been helpful. Kitchen was supplied adequately. It's very spacious. Game table was very cool if wanting to play poker. Tabitha answered questions before the trip and handled a situation that came up the first night very promptly. We enjoyed watching the family of groundhogs from the upstairs deck. We were there to ride ATVs. Ivy Branch trailhead is just a few minutes away. We were also able to easily ride to Hobet mine.

Perfect location for a Huntington trip! The Southside Neighborhood of Huntington is hard to compete with - a short walk to the nationally known Ritter park in one direction and the center of downtown in the opposite direction. You are right in the middle of two Huntington highlights. If you are wanting to experience a short or extended stay in Huntington, this space is a great choice and deal!

The apartment is absolutely wonderful. Very welcoming the most comfortable bed and softest sheets. I have slept in.

Lisa's place was very comfortable and relaxing older home with a ton of charm. The parking was a little odd; sign said you need a permit but you don't. Her son lives downstairs and that was very nice to know in case there might be any issues (which there were not). The little coffee place around the block was amazing!

I enjoyed my stay here. It was a very short walk from the Amtrak station which was very convenient for me. Also it is a 20 minute walk to the Riverfront Park and trails.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We especially enjoyed the hot tub — it was the perfect way to relax while soaking in the beautiful, private scenic view. The location was ideal: peaceful and tucked away, yet just a short drive to grocery stores and great local restaurants. It was the perfect mix of convenience and seclusion. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!
