The place was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and very comfortable. Geanina's instructions were clear, concise and accurate and she was so very accessible to our inquiries and early check-in request. The furniture was comfortable. The linens and towels were top quality and the kitchen appliances functioned well and dishes were plentiful. It is near a beautiful park and in a pretty and quiet neighborhood. We had no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

Judy was an amazing host! I loved her place and it’s exactly like the photos. It was neat as a pin and sparkling clean. The bed linens and towels were very nice and the king bed was super comfortable. We had some nice spring weather during our visit and really enjoyed the deck overlooking the river. I will definitely stay here again!

The place and the host were both GREAT! The place was very clean and comfortable. I was traveling for work and it was a 2 min walk to/from where I was working. The sound machines and towel/robe warmers were awesome touches. The day of check out, I left a few items with plans to return before the checkout time, but work had an emergency and I wasn't able to leave. CA's on-site cleaning crew had my items bagged up and welcomed me back in to retrieve them. I very highly recommend staying at any CA's properties - you will be comfy, clean and happy!

Kent’s place was overall great and he is a very good host. It was more spacious than anticipated which was good. The only con is the location in terms of street noise and trains. Also wish it had a dishwasher. But these are small stuff that overall don’t affect the quality of the experience.

If you are looking for a very clean comfy stay that's in good location you won't find a better place to stay for this price. Not just for the price bc in most cases we pay much more for way less. I really can't say enough good things about this place or the host. My husband's job along with my own require us to travel more than 50% of the time so it is important to us that we find places that make us feel as at home as possible and Matthew's place had everything we look for. Not to mention that some of our job's don't give us alot of planning time. I booked this reservation and we were checking in 4 hours later. If I had to some up our overall stay and experience in one word it would have to be IMPRESSED.

To say this place is amazing, is an understatement. It was cute, and felt like home immediately. I absolutely loved the vintage touches, and the porch was nothing short of a highlight. Duncan was amazing... responsive, kind, and happy to help! I will absolutely be staying again at some point.

My daughter and I loved our stay at this location. The additional pictures made it super easy to find even in the pouring rain. Our host was very sweet and nice and even checked on us to make sure we found it ok and was safe (we traveled during a storm). My daughter and I loved the old character of the place and found it extremely charming and peaceful. We both slept well - my bed was awesome! It was very comfy, and I had no problems falling asleep. It was perfect for our needs and for our short stay as well as conveniently located. I would not hesitate to stay at this location again! We may just do that in the near future. I was pleased and happy and I am very appreciative for the kindness of our host!

This Airbnb is exactly what Ashland needed! It’s beautifully decorated, and the location is perfect for getting around Ashland! The hosts are fantastic, and very helpful and friendly!! I recommend this property to anyone wanting to feel a little “glamorous” because it felt like being in a classy New York apartment! Again-thank you so much!

Ben’s place was perfect giving my son a great place to stay after a long day of training. It was comfortable and easy for him to get to. Ben was prompt and easy to get in touch with and willing to open days to help us out. We would definitely want to stay there again.

Aaron‘s place was a perfect place for a family we can getaway each kid has their own room each room had a TV is nice and peaceful very clean. The outside does not match the inside. The inside is beautiful same outside was awful but it definitely does not match. What is insidewalk into a pristine three bedroom living area so nice definitely recommend.

Elizabeth and her beautiful cozy home was amazing from the beginning! She accommodated our needs so quickly, and kindly, and professionally. She is a wonderful host and a beautiful soul! You will be blessed if you stay at any of her properties! Highly reccomend!!

Cozy Campus apartment

James was very helpful with scheduling and keys. The place was excellent. A well-provided kitchen even had a coffee maker and its cups. New cutlery, dishes, and glasses showed excellence. Every kind of soap one could want stocked the shower. Cable TV, air conditioning, and baseboard heat worked. Bed linens felt smooth. Had two basic pillows (and that’s all, thank goodness) and two blankets. An illuminated table offered a convenient eating perch. Plenty of art and positive sayings adorned the walls. The neighborhood was quiet but not elegant. With an hour’s hike one arrives at four parks. On the other hand, Huntington Museum of Art with its excellent nature trails requires a car for safety. Problem: a traveler to #3 with a rolling bag, especially large, would not get past tight cars and rough “pavement.”

This place is great if you're looking for somewhere pleasant to rest your head for the night. Upon our arrival I texted our host and he was there to bring us our key within 15 minutes. He was very friendly. The place is super clean, it is bike-able to downtown, Marshall, Ritter Park - a very convenient location. My only mild complaint is that the A/C is controlled by the tenant in the main house above the apartment. But no big deal. The WIFI works great. There is a TV with Roku, but we didn't turn it on. There is an oven with a stove top, but no pots or pans. There are a couple plastic cups, bowls, and plates in the cabinet, but I didn't notice silverware. A single bath towel was in the bathroom for our drying purposes, no hand towels or washcloths. The bathroom was very clean, there were some body-washes and shampoos by the shower, soap at the sink, and soap at the kitchen sink. Ample trashcans were provided. Abundant usage of grapefruit air-fresheners. It was perfect for our needs.

Adam's place was nice small and convenient for short stays it is a small place but it works nicely of you travel for work

Exceptionally, amazingly clean, very comfortable beds and bedding, and nicely decorated without clutter (hurrah!). We especially appreciated the new Kurig and having a dishwasher! Wes and Julie provided timely communication, and we appreciated the very detailed and easy-to-understand instructions on accessing the unit. If you love the West Virginia topography and culture as we do, the narrow drive will not be a surprise or worry at all! Plus, there is tons of room for parking and turning around and everyone is quite friendly so navigation was a breeze!
