Но это совершенно не важно, потому что море и пляж в одной минуте ходьбы, есть огромная терраса, где завтрак в утренние часы, пока не жарко, – настоящее наслаждение. Есть и шезлонги, и большой стол для компании – терраса очень просторна. Редкое качество этой квартиры – тишина. Поверьте, вы вряд ли где-то в Бат-Яме такое найдёте, это очень шумный город! Содержание квартиры безупречно, чистота идеальная. Прекрасные коммуникации: горячей воды сколько угодно, напор отличный, интернет сильный, кондиционер мощный и удобный в управлении. The penthouse was great. We were a group of 11 and had plenty of space. The balcony was fantastic with a great view. The pool on the roof was really nice, and the kids didn't want to leave. There was a great beach just a 5-minute walk away, and a nice boardwalk with some good restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at David’s place. He was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever we had questions. The apartment itself was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, close to local shops and transportation, making it easy to get around. I especially appreciated David’s thoughtful touches, which made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Nice, clean and very comfortable apartment. Necessary amenities and transportation were relatively close by, except for restaurants. Inbal very responsive when needed, easy to deal with.

Great stay, we were a family of six and it was a great space in terms of bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen. Location was ideal for us as close to synagogues and small mall for food. Unit was clean. When we had questions Julia was easy to contact and responded on timely manner. Also convenient parking spots.

The layout was ideal for our family: two cozy bedrooms in the main house and an additional bedroom in the small private guesthouse in the patio. It felt like having our own little retreat! The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel like cherished friends rather than guests. Great balcony and beautiful home for hosting a big family. We really enjoyed the few hours we spent there. It was weird they had no mirrors and kept calling us to check in, over 6 times total.

Gil ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und guter Gastgeber! Wir waren für 2 Nächte in der Wohnung und dafür war es ausreichend und passend. Die Wohnung ist sauber und aufgrund der schönen Aussicht auf das Merr und der zentralen Lage, können wir sie weiter empfehlen ☺️

Wow, it was an amazing stay. A beautifully designed and surprisingly spacious apartment with high ceilings and many windows. The building itself is an old one, as most are in the neighborhood. No chic outside should be expected, - rather a multicultural cozy-small-city Israeli milieu. The location is perfect for shopping groceries and stuff, the bus and train stops are nearby, though we used our car. It's not easy to find a spare parking space close to the building, but it's possible. The beaches of Bat-Yam are just 20 minutes walk on a straight Rothschild str. The nearby bakery shop Lehem Hodaya is amazingly tasty, we even bought some with us when we left home. We loved it there and would love to come back.

Avant de réserver j’ai eu peur vu le précédent commentaire Mais comme je connaissais ce logement je savais qu’il y avait erreur En contactant le propriétaire il m’a expliqué que celui qui a mis le mauvais commentaire n’est resté qu’un jour dans le logement et que cette personne a certainement des problemes pour écrire des propos diffamatoires gratuitement pour une seule nuit Le logement a une place exceptionnelle à deux pas de la marina avec des restaurants de toutes sortes cafés et animations La piscine de la résidence est agréable et propre Le logement est fonctionnel propre et bien équipé pour une grande famille Nous avons passé un bon moment merci beaucoup nous reviendrons !

Great location across the street from the beach. The view from the apartment is good. The host did a wonderful job setting everything up and communicates proactively.
