Khalid was helpful and friendly person, he responds very quickly and on the first day he took us for a tour around Sham. The apartment is very clean and the grounds/pools are maintained on a daily basis. Thank you khalid for being a great host. Highly recommended 5*****

Quiet spot in a new building with two pools, one on the roof with a veiw of the ocean - A 5 minute walk from a private beach - A convenience store and a few restaurants at nearby resorts 5 minutes walk - Easy to hail a taxi 4 minutes walk away to visit other parts of Sharm such as Naema Bay for fresh seafood dinner - Mustafa was quite responsive - The area is quiet but quite safe - I was the only one in the pools everyime I went in - Ahmed the security guy was helpful

Farsha cafe is just 200 meters away, offering delicious food and a beautiful public beach. Here is a fantastic community with everything beautiful and quiet, and I think it's worth it more than an expensive hotel.
