Vacation rentals with breakfast in Ascoli Piceno

Mattia and Ezio's house is very nice, with attention to detail and immersed in a wonderful and relaxing environment. The house and garden have all the amenities you can want, even what you don't expect! Mattia and Ezio were more than kind and made us feel at home and pampered. Highly recommended and replicated experience!

We stayed for the night at Sandra’s to rest during the night. Sandra is super responsive and we enjoyed our stay at her place. It is located in a beautiful region of Italy and is the perfect spot for those looking for a quiet place nestled in the mountains.

The apartment was clean and great for the price… the furniture was modern and easy to work with..the only thing I would add is a bottle of water in the fridge ..

I needed a place to stay in Spoltore village, so I didn't need to move around. The accommodation is practically in the center with all the necessary amenities within walking distance. Great for two people. A third guest will have to adapt to a sofa bed in the living room.

The experience at Mr. Sergio's apartment was very positive. The flexibility in check-in time was much appreciated, as was the host's kindness and availability. The property, located in the heart of the historic center, is spacious, on two levels and perfectly combines the old with the modern. The ground floor houses a cozy living area with equipped kitchen and bathroom, while on the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The double bed, in particular, is extremely comfortable, thanks to the mattress and very soft pillows. The panoramic view from the windows is simply enchanting, offering an oasis of tranquility and direct contact with nature. The location is strategic: parking is easily available in the immediate vicinity, ensuring convenient access to the apartment. Overall, I highly recommend this place to those looking for a quiet and quaint place. I'll definitely be back!

Sergio was a fantastic host! He welcomed us with a smile in the house, offering us the exquisite harvest of his garden. In the house there was water, coffee, croissants and milk as well as numerous spices and oil. The house was very clean and very spacious. After three days, the towels were also changed. Sergio gave us information about the area and restaurants in the vicinity. Absolutely recommended!

I really enjoyed staying at Claudio’s place. The apartment felt like home and it is in a great location.

It was a pleasure working with them. I would definitely stay again. The area is a working class area. But close to downtown. Grocery store right across the street. You can park in that lot for free. The views from the large rooftop deck were beautiful. Especially if the snow capped mountains to the west and north. The fireplace is decorative only.

We had a wonderful time in the cottage. It was a spacious and simple cottage. The pool is really lovely. You are looking at Macerata from the cottage. Nice place, we had 3 wonderful weeks.

We stayed two weeks in this apartment I can only say that the level of hospitality is really rare! There's all the essentials in the house. In addition, Valter and Daniela offer you everything you need for a great breakfast and a wonderful bread from the L'Aquila. Another service I really enjoyed in addition to the beach umbrella,is the bikes, one of which has a child seat. Beautiful area! Thanks again Giulia

Stefano's apartment is modern, stylish, and tastefully designed and has a nice terrace. It is located in a central part of the town. Stefano is a good communicator, check-in and check out process was easy. Paying for our breakfast at a very nice nearby bar was a nice touch. We enjoy our stay and wish it was longer. Staying at Elisabetta’s place in Ascoli Piceno was an absolute pleasure for my family and I. Not only was the breakfast great, the room clean, and the host very accommodating, but the surrounding area is beautiful and filled with lots to do. At first, I was a little dazed because I didn't know what to expect. Little by little, I was able to breathe and respect all the beauty of an ancient villa with its high ceilings and frescoes on the walls. The very clean room and attention to detail made the stay very pleasant. Very detailed check-in explanations, the place is always warm. The perfect breakfast with delicious fresh eggs from the chicken coop. In short, I can only speak well and surely if I go back there this will be my accommodation again. Thank you very much

Charming and quiet location, a real little slice of paradise. Tamara and Albert are super welcoming hosts. There are several pets on site, all very sociable. Breakfast is simply out of this world: all fresh ingredients (eggs collected directly from their hen house!). Super recommended!
