From the 3 terraces and from the house there is plenty of sun all around and with a southwest orientation. Not a very quiet location, as it is close to the main road (soundproofing windows available)

Vom Südbalkon habt Ihr direkten Blick auf die Chiemgauer Alpen, dem Chiemsee und auf die Fraueninsel. Der See und Badeplatz sind 20 Meter entfernt.

Sleep like king and queen in the first floor of the historic Moarhaus Chalet next to the Saalhof Castle: 2 sleeping rooms + double room with kitchen. The furniture is made by hand by our carpenter from our own birch wood: The Hiatakammer for 4-8 persons is situated in the 1st floor, our wellness area can be used free of charge but only on request. We offer farm stays for children, big playground available. Zell am See is 3 km away, Saalbach-Hinterglemm 10 km. Free ski shuttle bus.
