Despite the convenient location, there is no traffic noise in the apartment, which can be reached via several steps and is located on the garden side. Central quiet and green with balcony

The flat in the 2nd floor without elevator (42 m² with balcony) is located in central quiet and green. 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 8 minutes. Free parking around the building. Microwave, tea, coffee and smoothie maker available. For babies (under 2 years) no bed and towel are provided! The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. Our charming new apartment is located in the district of Linz Urfahr in a quiet location, close to the university. The 64 m² are divided into anteroom, bedroom, first-class kitchen-living room with access to the large balcony, toilet, storage room and bathroom with bathtub. From noon onwards, you can enjoy the sun on the beautiful spacious balcony. The elevator takes our guests to the second floor, where our lovingly furnished apartment is located.
