House vacation rentals in Arzbach

Nadine was great and the house was awesome. Nadine was very welcoming during check in and she and her husband walked us through the house to make sure we understood where everything was and that we got all of our questions answered. Nadine was very responsive to questions through the built in Airbnb messenger. The house was well stocked and furnished. It definitely felt like a home away from home which really helps when traveling for more than a couple days. Would definitely recommend and hope to find an opportunity to stay again.

We felt very comfortable and welcome. The arrival was also very friendly and if we didn't know anything else we could call at any time. The house as well as the pool were perfect for us as a family with a dog. We will definitely come back soon.

Really great house. We spent Easter weekend here comfortably with 6 adults and a dog. We didn't lack anything. The terrace landscape is huge and beautiful. There are beautiful, numerous hiking options in the surrounding area.

A very pleasant stay at Kukunat, a perfect blend of art and nature. The checkin went smoothly, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The rooms are well equipped and cozy. It truly felt like a little paradise, with a welcoming and open atmosphere. I can highly recommend it.

Very nice apartment overlooking the Mosel. Wonderful area for hiking and cycling. Best was the cool pool after a hike.

Our stay on New Year's Eve was great. We were over 20 people and were able to make good use of the various advantages of the accommodation. We were particularly impressed by the large living room and the master bedroom. Communication with Sascha was also great, he quickly answered the problems that arose (sauna did not get hot and Wi-Fi failed) and gave us the solutions. The only downside was that on the last night there was no more hot water and only two showers were available. Otherwise, the house is great for all groups who want to celebrate for a few nights.

Spent a beautiful 3 nights in Armin’s guesthouse. Right from the beginning, excellent response and communication, extremely concise and helpful. The home is decorated beautifully, with plenty of history and fascinating, unique furnishings matching the era of home. Every amenity and accessory you could think of is clearly laid out with plenty of information and instructions in multiple languages. Clean and neat upon arrival and greeted in person, given a tour and he was so hospitable and eager to help, ensuring his assistance with any needs we may have had. Couldn’t ask for a better host or experience, would highly recommend.

We enjoyed it very much, the hosts are very nice and straightforward. The amenities were great, especially in the kitchen. We had plenty of room to cook and eat together... not so easy for 11. It would be nice if there might be a table tennis table or a trampoline in the garden. You can make beautiful hikes in the area. Unfortunately, we only had one weekend. We can definitely recommend this house.

Thomas' place is really a great gem We felt very comfortable there as a family. Everything was clean and you can really relax there. There's a lot to discover in the area. It's worth going there

Our third time and it was wonderful again! For the third time we were allowed to spend our time in this cozy cottage and it was again a perfect stay. The house is lovingly furnished and offers everything you need. We especially used the sauna extensively during our visit - a wonderful rest. We were able to enjoy the great weather on the terrace and the extremely relaxing tranquility in the middle of the countryside was exactly what we are always looking for. The surroundings invite you to walk, but the easy relaxing on site with a good book was also wonderful. I'm sure we'll be back a fourth time!

Booked a week to avoid New Year's Eve in the Netherlands with wife and dog. Absolutely relaxed here and had a wonderfully quiet old and new. The area is really in hibernation during this time, many restaurants are closed but there are still plenty open to be able to eat out from time to time. The nature and the hills with the vineyards are beautiful and definitely recommended for a nice walk! The cottage itself is exactly as advertised. Everything is available, is perfectly fine and spotlessly clean. Natalie always responded quickly and kindly to questions, a professional host. In addition, the possibility to drink wine from their own Winery, which is highly recommended. All in all, only positive points and certainly repeatable. Thank you Natalie and family!

We were allowed to enjoy the wonderful house in a beautiful setting for 5 nights. Although there was everything in the house and the house remained wonderfully cool despite the high temperatures, the distance to, for example, Koblenz and the Laacher See was very easy to do. Plenty of choice in activities and also a playground within walking distance of the house. Outside we could sit wonderfully, at the BBQ was our favorite place with a very nice view. A well equipped kitchen and further in the house also more than sufficiently available. Astrid is very warm and also comes at a good time to welcome you to the house. Been in summer but also in another season this would be a place and accommodation that we recommend!

We had a very nice weekend in the cottage. We felt very welcome, the house offers plenty of space, the kitchen equipment left nothing to be desired. Beautiful surroundings with great hiking opportunities.

The cottage is great for large groups of people. Through the pool table you can spend super social evenings. If you want, you can also retreat to the lower rooms. The sauna and the view were a dream!

We felt very comfortable over the weekend. The house has lots of character and corresponds to the descriptions. Communication with Vanessa went smoothly. Chochem can be reached by train within 3 minutes if you want to visit a slightly larger place, but the immediate surroundings also invite you to walk, etc. We felt comfortable right from the start and would definitely recommend it.

The time in Koblenz was consistently positive. We had rented the place for almost three months and were very comfortable here. The apartment is very clean and very nicely decorated. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and the small garden ideal for spending the evenings outside. The apartment is very easy to reach, not far from the city center of Koblenz, but still in a quiet residential area. The neighborhood was very friendly and helpful. An associated parking space made parking no problem. Thank you for a great time!

beautifully located warmly furnished house, plus sauna house as well as the surroundings and hiking trails directly from home Our dog and ourselves felt our king too rich. We did find that the listing should mention that there were additional costs: consumption electric time As well as no bathroom in the house but in the sauna house apartment and there was no toilet there. Not bad but should be mentioned. The chimney of the stove did not pull well, so there was always a lot of smoke in the house when the wood is replenished. we got so much wood that we wanted as well as there were flowers bottle we and jelly as a welcome gift on the table which was very nice. We will definitely be back but then in the summer thanks for the wonderful time

Andrea was a great hostess. Very friendly, polite, likeable & punctual. The property offers shopping within walking distance, from Rewe to Aldi and Lidl to dm, Deichmann or Tedi. Doctors and pharmacies are also within walking distance. Andrea even provided great excursions and tips. The accommodation is spacious has a nice garden, is clean & well maintained. Ample parking is available right outside the door. Since it is an old farmhouse that has been converted, the floor squeaks a bit, but that doesn't bother you at all. In 5 minutes' walk you are on a playground. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could want, except a microwave, which didn't bother us. Bed linen, towels and other hygiene products were also provided by the hostess. We were there with 9 adults and 2 children and we had enough space. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We felt super comfortable in the vacation home and garden and also enjoyed the walks through the Bacher Lay. The accommodation is very suitable for families with babies and small children, there was everything you need on site. Ludwig and Gerda are super nice, helpful hosts. We would have liked to have stayed longer than a week and will definitely be back.
