The Ty Bout Gîte is a comfortable space completely renovated in 2024 and furnished in a stone house. La Vilaine is less than 700 m away (hiking/kayaking), the sea (Billiers) is 10 minutes away and Pénestin is 15 minutes away. The cottage has two bedrooms upstairs, a bathroom and a large living area (fully equipped kitchen & living room) on the ground floor. (I should note that there is construction work underway on the dam at the moment, which may cause noise and temporarily affect the view until April 2026, and then from October 2026 to April 2027.)
