Facing the sea, lovely 70 m2 house. Great for a stay for a couple (or 4 people thanks to the sofa bed) Facing the sea and 200 meters from shops, the house is ideally located. Enjoy the garden or discover the charm of the Gulf of Morbihan, its beaches, the coastal trail, and the towns of Vannes, Auray, Carnac, La Trinité, and more. And if the weather is chilly, make use of the wood-burning stove. I will be delighted to welcome you, show you around and share some good local addresses.

Modern cottage in the heart of the Brière park with views of a wooded park. In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

A peaceful haven in a halo of greenery, a two-minute walk from the city center and all shops, and 15 minutes from Rochefort-en-Terre, notably very famous for its impressive Christmas illuminations. We will welcome you to a charming apartment with separate kitchen and shower room on the ground floor of our house, with independent entrance and a beautiful view of the garden. You are 25 minutes from the beaches of Damgan, Vannes, Roche-Bernard and 40 minutes from the Gulf of Morbihan.

Character building, upstairs and/or downstairs accommodation

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace of mind and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My place is quiet in the middle of nature with horses, nice view of the setting sun. SAUNA: Private area available upon reservation, €25 for 2 people. 5 min. from Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 mins away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, the Côte de Jade. Renovated in an original way.
