Very welcoming host, Jessica was able to listen and answer our questions, she advised us on places to visit and was great!! The accommodation was very clean when we arrived, small but warm so it didn't bother the size, for 2 people it was very good. She remained available for if we had any issues, and told us not to hesitate. Very nice as a person, smiling and solar, a pleasure to have met our hostess. Thanks for everything Jessica!! 😁

We had a pleasant stay at Émilie and Jean-Marc's. They were welcoming and available. The accommodation is as described, very well furnished, and very clean. The outdoor area is simply splendid, a perfect setting for relaxation, ideal for recharging your batteries. Special mention to the pool, which is a significant asset. We'll be happy to go back!

Carle took care of us by making sure to keep the studio cool for our arrival. Functional studio with a terrace for lunch with sea views. We had a nice weekend between walking and swimming.

Thanks to Sophie for her warm welcome, kind attention and good advice! We had a great week in this beautiful, quiet and green place. By bike, we took great rides between the ocean and the Seudre marsh. The pool, rooftop, large garden and studio itself are very nice. We'll be happy to go back!

Tiphaine's studio is as described. Very well placed, the balcony is large enough to have lunch and enjoy the superb view of the ocean and the Cordouan lighthouse. Tiphaine is very responsive to our requests and very friendly.

Nice well located apartment. On the other hand, extra linens and towels seem very average to us in view of all the Airbnb offers, and this significantly increases the price of the room (€15/linen and €5/towel). In addition, basic amenities such as bath mats and dish towels are not included either. Pigeons in the hall, and single glazing, a lot of noise. Apart from these few points, the apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

We had a great time at Fabien's place. The accommodation is very well decorated. The space is functional. Fabien is very responsive. We feel much more at home at Fabien's. We're thinking about coming back.

Isabelle was extremely welcoming, available and accommodating upon arrival. The accommodation is ideally located in a peaceful setting and at the same time close to amenities. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. There was even enough to make a hearty breakfast, a charming touch. New accommodation, tastefully decorated, open to a peaceful patio that invites you to relax. Ideally located between the various beaches and a 25-minute walk to the iconic Royan market. Emmanuelle is available, warm and gives good advice.

The apartment is perfectly equipped and clean. It is in a very good location while being quiet. It is a perfect base to discover the city of Royan and its surroundings while enjoying excellent services. The bedding is also excellent quality! Finally, the communication of the check-in and checkout procedures was very clear.

Overall we had a nice stay. Apartment located close to all amenities, very appreciable private parking. Bus stop close to the residence. Very pleasant apartment to stay in, very quiet in May. Beautiful walks nearby on the coastal trail. We would recommend it.

Very nice little stay despite the bad weather in this very nice apartment ideally located. Everything is available so you can feel at home. Very clean rental, independent check-in and check-out thanks to the key box which leaves more freedom but prevents any meeting with the owners who remain available if needed. Parking at the bottom of the rental, nearby shops, colorful cabins housing atypical artists right next door, walk around the citadel and various and varied restaurants all around. In short, everything is there for a great stay and if the sun is present it is the ideal rental.
