Our stunning 2-bedroom, ground floor apartment is located right in the heart of Lauterbrunnen. The sunny terrace offers unique views of both the famous Staubbach Waterfall and the valley itself. In summer enjoy the countless hiking trails; in winter we are perfectly placed in-between the ski areas of Murren-Schilthorn AND Wengen-Grindelwald. We've lived here since the apartment was built in 2012 and we love it; but now we are travelling, so we hope you enjoy your time here as much as we do.

Closest Studio Nest to the Staubbach waterfall

The nest located within Chalet Staubbach is adjacent to the famous Staubbach waterfall. The stream from the waterfall runs through the properties garden. The nest is a perfect base for skiing/sledging/hiking in the winter and for hiking, mountain biking and generally exploring the area in the summer. The nest is a leisurely 40 minute walk from the amazing Trummelbach falls. Also being 50m from Camping Jungfrau means there is a shop, bar and restaurant next door offering takeaway or eat in.

Luxury with best views - winter special prices

Our apartment is called Lauberhorn, located in Lauterbrunnen, just next to the highest waterfalls of the Alps. Lauterbrunnen is part of the jungfrau UNESCO world heritage. It is surrounded by the famous mountains called Jungfrau, Eiger and Schilthorn. You will stay in the top floor underneath the traditional chalet style wooden roof. From the balcony, facing the south you can enjoy a spectacular view to the swiss mountains and you will hear nothing but cowbells and some birds singing :)

Unsere, gemütliche Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Parterre unseres Holzchalets. Obwohl nur 10 Gehminuten vom Ortskern entfernt, befindet die FeWo sich in ruhiger Lage mit prächtigem Bergpanorama. Die grosse Terrasse ist mit Tisch und Stühlen, Liegestühlen und Hängematte ausgestattet. Die Wohnung wird im Winter mit dem gemütlichen Pellet Ofen geheizt. Bei guten Schneeverhältnissen kann man mit den Skis oder dem Board bis zum Haus fahren. Die Kurtaxen sind im Preis inbegriffen.

The Chalet "Wasserfallhüsli" is centrally located in Lauterbrunnen and probably offers the most spectacular view in all of Lauterbrunnen. From the balcony you have a breathtaking view of the gigantic and world famous Staubbach Falls. In addition to the Staubbach Falls, depending on the weather, another five waterfalls can be seen. Das heimelig und farbig eingerichtete Dachstudio bietet ein Badezimmer, ein abschliessbares Schlafzimmer, eine kleine Wohnküche und ein Wohnzimmer , Die Räume sind wegen der Dachschrägen nicht überall gleich hoch, was der Gemütlichkeit jedoch keinen Abbruch tut.
