Airbnb guests have the entire upstairs / first floor space, which is exclusively for your use. Access is via the shared front door and hallway. We occupy the ground floor space. A delightful seaside location 250m walk to our sunny Rustington beach. Relax on the beach, swim, wind surf, kayak, paddle board Hike and bike in the South Downs. Come & enjoy :)

The Little Lookout

Whether here for a romantic weekend away, or maybe just a business trip, this beautiful 2 double bedroom period flint cottage has it all. It is super cosy, full of charm and recently renovated to the highest standard to blend contemporary design with traditional comfort. The cottage has a truly luxurious feel that you’d genuinely do well to beat in Arundel.

The West Sussex Harbour Town, Littlehampton

The accommodation is on the middle floor of a recently built town house there is a shared hallway that serves the property, the middle floor is self contained and has all your amenities. The upper and lower floors are shared between myself and my lodger when we’re not away working. There is a mixture of free parking and paid parking as the house is in the centre of town. I’m afraid we can’t accept pets as some of our guests have allergies.

The Hideaway" is situated in Houghton, very close to the point at which the South Downs Way crosses the River Arun. The oak framed garden room offers studio style open plan living space with double bed, well equipped kitchenette & separate bathroom. The doors open onto a garden area to enjoy a spot of al fresco dining or simply just to soak up the sun & offer beautiful panoramic views of the South Downs.
