The most important feature of our house is its location. It is designed in a way that you can watch the centuries-old forests, mountains, storm valley and stream from where you sit and lie down. The sound of the river flowing on both sides of the house and the waterfall from which the rivers are formed will accompany you at all times.

There are no other houses near our house. You are completely alone with nature. A 100-year-old house has been restored for you. You can reach all the tourist attractions in Rize in short distances by car.
