Vacation rentals with beach access in Arroyo

Beautiful view to the Atlantic Ocean and near the Patillas famous bars and restaurants. Also close to a food market for small groceries if needed. Very responsive host. Will definitely revisit. Thanks

Jim and Theresa’s place was peaceful, quiet, and well appointed. I enjoyed coffee on the porch over the rock beach and falling asleep to the sounds of waves crashing and coqui frogs. The kitchen was clean with the basics. Bed was really comfortable although my other half would have preferred slightly harder mattress. A car is required to get to anything as it is a bit far from most of the attractions. To me, this made it feel more homelike, quiet, and off the beaten path. I would highly recommend it for a couple looking for a slow paced vacation getaway.

Three of us visited from Texas. We wanted something away from San Juan and closer to our family in Guayama. Be aware if you are not used to driving in PR, this place may not be for you. You must drive over windy roads in the mountains. As far as the condo, my only complaint is having to wait on the gentlemen at the gate to be present to open it. Thankfully, it only happened once, and just for a few minutes. Otherwise, it is a beautiful place and location if you like peace and quiet. It is located high on a hill so the view is impressive. We took advantage of the elevation to walk up and down the hills. The beach is not suitable for swimming as it is very rough water but the nature reserve is a nice place to walk. The condo does have a great pool. The nearby restaurants are great. The grocery store, Mi Gente, is close by if you are note wanting to eat out every day. The condo was very clean, beautiful, and spacious. I would highly recommend. It is a perfect place to relax.

This place was amazing. The balcony views are beautiful and perfect for watching the sunrise and sunsets and then stargazing at night. I appreciated the cleanliness and organization of the home as well as having access to a parking spot directly beside it. Also, the beds were comfortable and worked perfect for our couple nights in the area. Thank you, Juana Maria for a wonderful time! I’d recommend staying at this place to anyone.

This space is one of a kind, especially in such a stunning part of the island. Everything was extremely clean and organized, check in was easy at the gate, and the roof top patio quickly became home. We are already planning our next stay. We ran into one small issue which was not the hosts fault but they were very quick to get us information and communicate. 100% will stay here again!

It was a great place to stay for our honeymoon in Puerto Rico, gorgeous fruit trees and the best part was that we got to try there coconuts, star fruit, mangos and pana! Loved the theme and appreciated how generous the hosts were in showing us around the beach towns and which restaurants and places to visit. Would highly recommended others to stay here and we plan on coming back next year.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is as seen in the pictures. Clean with modern decor. It was just me and my husband so we were extremely comfortable both in and outside the home. We always felt safe. The beautiful landscape, trees, and vines were lovely to admire as we sat in the outside covered area and enjoyed looking at the beach. You do hear the music from cars passing occasionally (mostly on the weekend), but that didn't bother us. I only mention bc I know that may be important for some. We know it's the culture and part of the PR experience. If you are looking to fish, the beach is very shallow for about 1000 feet. You have to go way out to cast a line and get into the deeper waters. There is also a lot of coral reefs out in the deeper area, so beware of snags. It may be a good area to snorkel though. Despite the challenges, we did catch a nice 16 inch yellow tail snapper. That was fun! Would definitely rent again and recommend to others.

We loved our stay at Daniel and Desirae's place! It was clean, great decor, comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed the sound of tree frogs at night, the yoga deck overlooking the jungle with sweet neighborhood cats visiting, the unscented soaps and laundry (I literally travel with my own sheets because I'm allergic to perfume so this was a MAJOR plus for me). The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to make simple meals on the two burner stove top. They had a big jug of drinkable water which was also so handy. It's up in the mountains, so nice and quiet, but within 10-15 min drive to the beach and restaurants. The only thing to mention is you can't see the ocean from the house, but you can see if off the road at the top of the hill and definitely save the check in instructions because we didn't have cell service, just wifi once we got in the house. John’s place is a total gem! We felt so blessed to call this a home (which is how it felt!) As a host, he was so incredibly helpful providing local recommendations for specific food and activities! It was a delightful time and so difficult to leave this peaceful and beautiful surrounding

What I was looking for, a house with conditions and comfort for my stay at the University of Guayama. Excellent place, quiet, safe. Excellent hosts.

Beautiful views of the ocean. Loved having coffee looking out at the ocean every day. Cute and comfortable vacation home for our family of five. We didn’t use the downstairs bedroom (only for a load a laundry and to use the 2nd bathroom). Air conditioning units in each room were used when in the house got warm at night. It was communicated several time that the weekends are pretty “festive” and you can hear cars playing loud music from the road so that wasn’t a surprise. Sound machines are provided but we actually travel with one for our youngest child. After the first night the traffic noise/occasional loud playing car music didn’t bother us and only really noticed it on the weekend. Excellent communication ahead of our stay & during our stay. Hector was very friendly when posing questions. Actually everyone in the area was very friendly. We were glad we avoided the crowds in San Juan and experienced Patillas. Would definitely recommend this home to other families.

We stayed here as a family of 4 and will absolutely plan to return! The walled garden is an obvious labor of love and a living work of art (and the kids were sooo happy to have the pool :) ). For us it was ideal to be right down the street from an epically beautiful patch of preserved land. Already missing that place! Liamm & Pete were welcoming and helpful and even gave us a sweet recommendation for our last day in PR after we checked out. Like I said, will happily return to this sweet home.

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. It was very comfortable, perfectly located, and the view was spectacular! The hosts were excellent — they provided clear, complete, and concise information about how to get there and access the apartment, as well as things to do in the area. I will definitely come back to stay in this beautiful apartment.

The place was just like it appeared in the pictures. We were right on the beach with a great outdoor space to enjoy the view.

I can't say enough great things about my stay and the hosts communication. Place is clean and welcoming. I don't think the pictures do the apartment justice. My children and I woke up to breathtaking ocean views in the morning as well as incredible stars scene at night via balconies or roof deck. I appreciate the guide that was custom made for visitors (located by the TV) which tells you about the local restaurants, tourist attractions and supermarkets. It was a big help. We also walked down to the private basketball court during the evening. There are 2 designating spots available. Place felt safe. This was great. I would say to anyone who books this stay that it is money well spent. I look forward to returning.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Hector's condo. Villas del Faro is conveniently located across the street from a fairly private beach. There's also a new grocery store nearby (less than 5 minutes drive), so didn't need to stock up too much. The view from the balcony was stunning and provided a relaxing place to sit each morning and sip on coffee. All instructions were clear and the listing was exactly as described. Our stay was over the New Year 2025 holiday, which also involved an island-wide power outage during New Year's Eve. Hector did an excellent job providing updates and giving advice. It also helped that the weather was nice and we had lots of outdoor activities already planned that didn't rely on electricity. The condo was clean and well furnished. I would definitely plan on staying here again for future trips to PR.

This was the perfect spot for a family vacation! The pool was clean and just steps away, and the beautiful beach was only a five-minute walk .We really enjoyed our stay—Penelope was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout.Hope we’ll be able to come back very soon 🙂

Upon arrival at the place, the guard who welcomed us was very kind and very friendly, and from there I knew that everything would be fine.
