Where do i start? Comunication with Juan was excelent. Check in was fast and simple, Awsome location. You can walk to the beach, to the restaurant, to the malecón. The malecón have a few locals spot to dance, kareoke etc. I loved Juan property, just perfect to relax, comfortable, very nice and crean. I recomend it 200%. Lo recomiendo 200%. Nos agradó los alrededores, el poder caminar al malecón, estar frente a la playa. La propiedad de Juan es exactamente como se ve en las fotos. Ansiosos por volver.

This was my favorite place to stay while in Puerto Rico. It was peaceful, next to the water, and so spacious. The surrounding neighborhood is so beautiful. The hosts were so responsive and proactive in communicating for an easy stay. The home had everything we could possibly need. Next time I’m in Puerto Rico, I will definitely be staying here.

Beautiful house to withdraw from everything and share in family or as friends

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is as seen in the pictures. Clean with modern decor. It was just me and my husband so we were extremely comfortable both in and outside the home. We always felt safe. The beautiful landscape, trees, and vines were lovely to admire as we sat in the outside covered area and enjoyed looking at the beach. You do hear the music from cars passing occasionally (mostly on the weekend), but that didn't bother us. I only mention bc I know that may be important for some. We know it's the culture and part of the PR experience. If you are looking to fish, the beach is very shallow for about 1000 feet. You have to go way out to cast a line and get into the deeper waters. There is also a lot of coral reefs out in the deeper area, so beware of snags. It may be a good area to snorkel though. Despite the challenges, we did catch a nice 16 inch yellow tail snapper. That was fun! Would definitely rent again and recommend to others.

John’s place is a total gem! We felt so blessed to call this a home (which is how it felt!) As a host, he was so incredibly helpful providing local recommendations for specific food and activities! It was a delightful time and so difficult to leave this peaceful and beautiful surrounding

What a beautiful, magical place! The views from our second floor terrace were spectacular and the sounds of the birds and the frogs were beautiful (note, there are also sounds from the rooster who wakes up before dawn and a ram, so bring earplugs of you are a light sleeper). This is essentially “glamping” but very clean, comfortable rooms with no “critters”. The driveway can be a bit “technique sensitive”, but we were able to navigate it in a little rental car. The young host family are locals of Patillas and were very responsive and flexible. The dogs on property were all mellow / friendly and the cats are aloof but seem to be doing a great job - no rodents were sighted! lol

What I was looking for, a house with conditions and comfort for my stay at the University of Guayama. Excellent place, quiet, safe. Excellent hosts.

Super nice and beautiful place!!

This place blew our minds away. The views, the peace, and everything else that’s come with nature. Paradise in Puerto Rico!! The house was stocked with everything needed for a getaway with the family (board games, floats for the pool, mangos from the tree, sunscreen, bug repellent, and even allergy medicine). Just bring food. Irma was super attentive and responded to every request promptly. Planning on coming back very soon.

We stayed at this wonderful property to celebrate our 25th anniversary, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The home had everything we needed it was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. It felt like a perfect getaway. The absolute highlight was the heated pool we spent so much time relaxing and enjoying it, especially in the evenings. It made our stay feel extra special and luxurious. We’re so glad we chose this place for such a meaningful milestone. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-appointed home with a fantastic pool!

A perfect rural escape! The setting is peaceful and quiet—exactly what we needed to unwind. The infinity pool is stunning, with beautiful views that make every swim feel like a luxury. We also loved the outdoor cooking pit; it was a great way to enjoy relaxed meals under the stars. Highly recommend for anyone looking to disconnect and recharge.

If you’re looking for a magical place to stay and de-compress look no further. A sanctuary of peace, nature and the combination of the amenities will have doble thinking about the check-out. This a Casita I WOULD 100% recommend and return to. Thank you to Edgardo for being an excellent host and sharing such a special place.

Mr. Ricardo was very helpful. The place is the same as the images presented, it is a quiet place. The residence is spectacular for spending time with the family. Everything was very organized and clean. It has an amazing view. Anyway, I recommend the place.

The house is beautiful just as Anabel describes it. Everything was organized and clean ready for us to stay at. The only thing is you need to be prepared for the drive to the house there’s a lot of ups and down and curves through the hills you need to be very careful. The house itself is 20 minutes from the main road to where stores are at but those 20 minutes feel much longer because of the curves and up and downs of the roads.

Great location to the center of town. Lots of cute little restaurants and bars. 2 playgrounds within walking distance. The one in the center is more updated. Small beach area across the street but some really nice beaches about 20 minute drive. The house itself is perfect. 3 bedrooms. Nice kids room with large bunk bed. Hosts provide beach chairs. Nice accommodations!

Excellent place. If you are looking for a quiet but accessible place, this is the place. I loved the experience. Very good host, with great hospitality. I loved the terrace for reading for a while and clearing my mind.

We stayed here for a work thing, and it was perfect for our needs. SO CLEAN. Five of us stayed comfortably, with AC'd bedrooms that PUMP the COLDEST AIR-- it was a much-needed escape from the heat!! Public areas in the unit don't have AC, but we didn't mind. Kitchen has used / sticky utensils and somwhat limited cooking supplies, but enough to get the job done. No oven (upstairs-- can't remember if there was one downstairs). The area is... charming. Stray dog fights at night made for exciting memories. The beach is literally 100 yards outside the patio door, but it's not quite the beach you'd go swimming in-- those beaches are a short drive down the road. But if you love a beautiful sunsets and peaceful sunrises made for pleasant evenings and mornings. All in all, I would certainly return!!

The Airbnb was excellent. The place was quiet and safe; my kids played outside without a care. The pool was just for us, and although we didn't go to the beach, walking along the coast was spectacular. The room was impeccable, with everything you need and a nice scent. They even had repellent available, which was useful for mosquitoes in the morning and at sunset. It's an Airbnb in a prime location. We loved it and want to go back!

This is the second time we've stayed at the place, very comfortable, clean and organized accommodation.

This was my first trip to Puerto Rico and I loved it like this experience was amazing the house had a beautiful view the house seas just amazing overall has everything we needed it was very peaceful even I would definitely be booking again 10/10 experience!
