Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Arroyo Hondo

Andre is a very good host!! And very kind and friendly. The property is very nice and is just as shown in the photos!! I feel at home! Andres was very helpful with his restaurant and supermarket guide, with clear instructions. My children and wife loved the property. One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in in the capital. When I visit Santo Domingo again, I will return to Andres' property!! I recommend it 100% to everyone!! Thank you Andres for everything!!

Very good place, very cozy and complete, we had complete privacy, it is a quiet place and it is exactly as shown in the photos. Super recommended.

The house is really nice and really central. There's a grocery store on the corner of the square and everything in the house is great. It has everything.

I can only say this place is way bigger than the photos suggest and can confortably fit a party of 10. We were 3 adults and 2 children and there was a room we didn't need. The house is well equiped and in a quiet neighbourhood which trust me is really hard to find in Santo Domingo! I loved the place and will definitely be staying again! Host is super responsive and there is so much to do in the house, gym, pool and a very handy games room for the kids!

Beautiful place and stay, everything was very clean and organized, to go with family or travel as a couple, excellent host always attentive, kind, gentle and diligent, responds quickly and I loved the security of this home, we will definitely be back and we will book again for June. This was a spectacular find. Close enough to the Colonial Zone but not so close that we had trouble parking. The place was super comfortable, clean, with great rooftop views of the Church. We loved it so much that we are thinking of buying a place near by. Nicole was an amazing host. The cleaning service was excellent. The little details like the Prosecco in the fridge, the fruit and snacks on the table, the info about the zone were amazing! Thank you Nicole for a fantastic stay. Itai, Eva, Salome, and Mateo.

It is a very quiet and cozy place, but you have to modernize some equipment like air conditioning just that, that's fine.

Great location in Zona colonial. There are plenty of things to do, very walkable area. Def recommend.

unit was clean and well-appointed. Had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Building and apartment security were excellent. The neighborhood was working class -- solid citizens. No problems. Like all places in the DR, exercise prudence in where and when you go out. stay aware. TVs were particularly good -- smart, large and crisp pictures. easy to pull in our streaming accounts. We found several small, local restaurants in the neighborhood. Nothing fancy, but serviceable. BON Ice Cream store just steps from the entrance. The apartment was also extremely quiet -- no street noise!! Bonus points!! woukd stay again.

I've been visiting Santo Domingo for the past two years. I've never stayed at any other accommodations except Eulid's. His place is highly recommended, peaceful and secured.

Great place, very clean

Wendel’s Place exceeded my expectations! It looked just like the photos and was conveniently located near fantastic restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was stunning, contemporary, and impeccably clean. I highly recommend it to anyone and will definitely be returning in the future.
