Vacation rentals with a patio in Arrifes

This property is exceptional! Very clean, spacious and in a fantastic location. The hostess left wonderful recommendations for local restaurants and activities that suited our needs! The hostess checked in with us to ensure that we had everything we needed during our stay! What a great vacation!

The most fantastic apt. to stay for the week. Graça was so amazing, the unit was very close walking distance to all the fun stuff and was well appointed. I would absolutely recommend staying here when in PDL!

Had a wonderful stay at Vanessa's place in Ribeira Grande. The place was spacious and had all the amenities that you could want. It was a great centralized location to explore the island. The location was within walking distance of the main plaza. Street parking was a little confusing but there was a private parking lot that we had access to just a short walk away. I would stay here again and recommend to any of my friends and family.

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is very close to a popular surf spot, it's just 1 minute walk. The apartment is very modern and having the jakuzi on the terrace was a nice experience. The communication with Ryan was very fast, when there was a problem, he helped immediately.

Immaculate and great location in Furnas. Clean, comfortable apartment with well-appointed kitchen. The location was amazing just a block from Parque Terra Nostra. The Caldeiras are on the other side of town, a 10-15 minute walk. Ample street parking a short distance from the apartment. We found the washer/dryer useful. The best part for me was how quiet the penthouse was. It is on a main street, but the place is in the back of the building, and we never heard street noise or neighbors. This was my favorite place of the 3 we stayed at in Portugal, but it was my wife's second favorite, as it was smaller than the others and she found it a bit cramped.

Nous avons passé un super moment, l’appartement était fidèle aux photos, arrivé simple et ultra propre. Que dire des draps et lits hyper confortable. L’hôte a été très réactif aux messages, l’endroit est calme et la vue est superbe bref un petit bijou que je vous recommande fortement. Pensez à faire l’épicerie avant d’arriver et de vous procurer du café Delta pour vous faciliter la vie, les mercados sont plutôt restreints. Nous avons même eu la belle compagnie de Lana le petit chien de Marcio qui nous accueillait le matin à la fenêtre. Séjour parfait 👌

El alojamiento queda cerca del aeropuerto y es una ubicación estrategia desde la que desplazarte a sitios maravillosos de la isla. La atención de Pedro es impecable, lo recomiendo al 100%

Cristina is een perfecte host, ze hielp zelfs met het aanschaffen van tickets voor een voetbalwedstrijd. Het appartement is een perfecte uitvalsbasis om te rust te komen na een lange dag wandelen, op loopafstand van parkeergarage (ongeveer € 15 per dag) en midden in het centrum omringd door winkels en horeca.

What a fantastic home to enjoy the North coast of Sao Miquel! The village is lovely and there are many hikes to take from town. The house was well equipped for cooking, time at the beach, rainy evenings in front of the fireplace, etc. Luis was very responsive to any questions we had and has shared a special spot with his guests.

Très bon séjour. La vue et la disposition de la maison qui permet de profiter de la vue de partout sont vraiment le point fort de ce gîte. C'est aussi très agréable de pouvoir accéder à pied à toutes les activités que propose cette belle ville de Furnas. Merci aussi à José Maria toujours attentif et proactif.

Le logement est moderne, propre et bien équipé. Du balcon de la chambre principale on peut voir et entendre les vagues débouler sur la plage avec comme toile de fond la partie ouest de l’ile. Helena est sympathique et répond rapidement. Nous avons passé un excellent moment!

Bardzo dobra komunikacja z gospodarzem. Pobyt upłynął nam bardzo miło. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Problemem może być wilgoć , która sprawia że pranie nie schnie, ale to już urok tego miejsca :). Tak samo jak zapach wilgoci w domu. Ogród zapewniał nam świeżą miętę, pietruszkę i limonki:) Ogółem bardzo wygodne miejsce i dogodna lokalizacja (aby odwiedzić różne atrakcje na wyspie) w sennym spokojnym miasteczku. Pieszo można dojść do plaży.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay on São Miguel! The Apartment was even more beautiful than we expected – peaceful, charming and cozy. Marlene was an amazing host. She was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel at home. You can tell she puts so much love into everything she does, and it really shows. We loved every minute of our time here and are already looking forward to coming back!

We loved our stay here ! The blend of traditional Portuguese charm with all the modern updates made for a perfect experience. The house was incredibly clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We really appreciated the thoughtful touch of the coffee, teas, and other goodies Jessica left for us – it made us feel so welcome. The neighborhood and village of Achada were just perfect, and we truly enjoyed the privacy of the backyard. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience.

Estuvimos 5 días y genial. El apartamento super limpio y había la mayoria de las cosas que se necesita. Si alquilas un coche, muchos lugares para aparcar a su alrededor. Cerca para ir los diferentes lugares de la isla. Repetiriamos ma experiencia

Had a great few days in Ponta Delgada. Location of apartment was great and parking was easily found on streets or in the paid garage nearby (inexpensive). Only issue was the missing key in lockbox as instructed but it was quickly resolved and mistakes happen. We heard a lot of noise at night, both cars and people, but as we were there over Easter weekend this might be part of the reason. Overall it was a wonderful stay!

Mon épouse et moi avons passé un excellent séjour chez Sara, notre hôte était très réactive et amicale pour répondre à toutes nos questions! Bel appartement en plein cœur de la ville de Ponta Delgada qui était très agréable à découvrir en marchant! Toutes les commodités étaient à distance de marche. Appartement très joli dans un immeuble hyper tranquille! Nous avons bien échangé avec Sarah et les conversations ont toujours été très cordiales. N ou us y retournerions sans hésiter si nous passons à nouveau aux Açores!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour! L'emplacement est parfait a environ 10 min en voiture de Ponta Delgada dans un quartier résidentiel calme avec beaucoup de stationnement a qqs pas de l'appartement. L'appartement est très statieux, lumineux et bien équipé. C'est largement au dessus de nos attentes. La communication a été simple avec l'hôte et nous avons pu bénéficier d'un check in plus tôt comme notre vol arrivait a 7h AM. Vraiment un gros coup de coeur pour cet endroit!

Anfitrión muy amable. Tuvimos un problema para abrir la puerta pero acudió enseguida. Nos dejo souvenirs típicos de Azores. Todo estaba muy limpio. La casa era muy bonita y tenía de todo. Ubicación excelente.

The property consists of four beautifully designed units, surrounded by a spacious garden and a lovely swimming pool. Everything was spotless and tastefully furnished, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. The host was exceptional—welcoming, attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Highly recommended!
