Beautiful brand new apartment in a small complex, completely renovated, clean and very well kept, with a large community pool and tropical palm trees. The location of the accommodation is unbeatable. On the one hand, it is located right in the heart of Costa Teguise, one minute from the beach, a few meters from the Pueblo Marinero, next to parks, restaurants, shops and free parking. On the other hand, since it is accessed via a pedestrian street, the peace and tranquility are total.

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.
