We had a great stay! The apartment is great, spacious, well equipped in the kitchen and everything was clean. "The view is incredible!!!!! The only point was the flushing of the bathroom from the suite, which was not working well, but as there is a social bathroom, it didn't bring us any discomfort. Communication with Heitor was easy and quick — I had to change the date urgently and he was very helpful. Adriano, who received us, was also super friendly. Without a doubt, if I return to Arraial, I want to stay there again!

We had an amazing time in Arraial Do Cabo. Although check-in was after 2 pm. We spoke with Valeria and she was very kind and allowed us to check in at 7:00 in the morning as soon as we arrived in Arraial !!! He showed us everything and whenever we sent a message he responded with a good attitude. The apartment is beautiful, it was spotless. With everything you need and more. The complex is super safe, it has a pool, bar, security, playground for children, sauna. It's great. The beach that is super close is Praia Grande. We always went at sunset after going to other beaches. It has a small supermarket 3 blocks away and other stores closer to the center, which is already 7 blocks away… we used Uber to get everywhere since it's super cheap nowadays. Super, super satisfied. Without a doubt, if we go back to Arraial we would go back to that place. It's NOT downtown, but it's perfect. Thank you Valeria for your willingness to do everything!!!!

Carla is very attentive and always responded quickly to all our questions, the apartment is great and in a perfect location between Rua das Pedras and Joao Fernandez, all within walking distance. The only thing I could say is that the mattress on the bed was a little hard for my taste, but the rest was perfect. The concierges are also very attentive.

I 100% recommend the place, it's nicer than for photos, super tidy. The beach is in front and is very beautiful. We rent a car and we were in 5 min from all places. Great location, very quiet neighborhood.

Nice spacious apartment the view alone is stellar close enough to walk into center but Ubers work just fine as well. Zero complaints. Allowed later checkout on a rainy day was nice of host

I was there with my wife and our two female dogs. The house is exactly as shown in the photos and is extremely cozy. The place is peaceful, safe and easy to get to. The host was very attentive from the first moment. Equipped house, clean pool and very peaceful days. We'll be back for sure.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay! The house is absolutely charming and was spotless when we arrived. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos, which made us very happy. The host, Amanda, and her husband were extremely attentive and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We felt very comfortable the whole time. Great location, close to all the best beaches. Beautiful house. The upstairs rooms are more comfortable, the downstairs room is accessed by stairs. The electric shower in the downstairs room was broken but was promptly repaired (resistance change). Rute, who attended to us, is a special and talented person. It was a pleasure to meet her and try her recipes, including a delicious moqueca! I think the place is worth it, but don't expect super luxury, but a clean and functional house with an extraordinary view.

As for the house, it met and exceeded expectations, most places I needed to take the car out of the garage, very well located at the entrance to the Park, the condominium is a charm apart, it has Praia Grande in the back, that is, you go on foot, you will have every day the sunrise from Monica's window and the sunset and an incredible rock (in the back of the condominium), every day, for those who like to make their own food the kitchen serves in every way, there is a supermarket nearby, bakery, and convenience stores. Just give in to this adventure and go, fun is guaranteed. I hope I was able to help with something.

Excellent stay in Arraial! Excellent views and comfort. The apartment looked just like the photos and was in impeccable condition. Extra point the best beach in Arraial (Pontal do Atalaya) just 5 minutes by car from the apartment.

I loved the penthouse, everything was clean and organized, excellent location, right in front of the beach, the condominium is luxurious, with a swimming pool, game room and no bureaucracy to enjoy the leisure areas. Alexandra, from the first moment I thought about renting, cleared up all my doubts, made herself available to clarify if I had any more questions, indicated several places and especially the buggy ride that was sensational, only gratitude for the incredible weekend I spent with my son and nieces.

The accommodation is simply wonderful! Nice was super kind, already gave great recommendations for tours and restaurants. The apartment was spotless, just like in the pictures. Very comfy and cozy space. The condominium is also amazing, we loved the food at the restaurant, the place is very beautiful and quiet. I highly recommend it!!

Regarding check-in, Mirtes sent us a message to our phone days before our arrival giving information and asked us to let him know when we arrived at the Arraial gate so that his collaborator could give us the key. We did, but our message didn't reach Mirtes, and he didn't answer our call. We called his colleague, who also didn't answer us, until at one point the person who was going to give us the keys appeared because the guy at the condominium reception called him at our request. It was 20 minutes of waiting with uncertainty and tension, as it was the first time we rented from Mirtes, who responded to us after receiving the keys. We were practically sleep-deprived from the trip and with three children who were also tired. Everything else was great! The apartment is very well maintained, very nicely decorated, with everything to feel at home, in front of a beautiful beach, steps from the promenade. Spectacular! Go back
