The plus: private parking space in a secure residence located 10 min walk away (800 m). Linens (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels) are PROVIDED AND INCLUDED in the cleaning fee.

Studio at the foot of the ramparts and the port. Ideal base for discovering Vannes, its intramural area and the Gulf of Morbihan. You will have everything nearby: the city center and its market (Wednesday and Saturday), restaurants, shops, bars... all while being in the quiet of a small condominium with character and exposed beams. The 18 m2 studio is fully equipped and newly renovated. The single sofa bench turns into a double bed. WiFi No smoking allowed

This studio was created on the ground floor of our house. You have a separate entrance to the garden and its oleanders and a parking space in the driveway. The studio is fully equipped with a real kitchen, desk and Wi-Fi. Ideally located 500 meters from the pier for the Gulf of Morbihan islands, on the right bank (25-minute walk to the port in the city center). From Vannes and our neighborhood in particular, you are ideally located to visit Morbihan.

Two rooms within walking distance of the beaches and the village

Two rooms of 42 m2 on foot from the village, beaches and coastal trails on the 2nd and top floor. It is composed of: - a living room with balcony, sofa bed and dining area, - a separate bedroom with a 140 double bed, - a separate kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, - a bathroom with shower and toilet. The building does not have an elevator. Only two people can fit on the balcony.

Nice beachfront apartment, located near the charming Port de Baden (Port Blanc). In a quiet and relaxing location, this peaceful retreat will appeal to beach, boating and walking enthusiasts. You can reach Île-aux-Moines quickly, the pier is a 5-min walk. The accommodation is new, and very well-equipped. A private entrance allows you to be completely independent, as well as for the terrace. A sea view is available from the Velux windows.

In an ecological house that smells of wood, small independent duplex close to the coastal trails. Ideal for couples, on vacation or teleworking. Le Bono is a charming little peaceful port, between Vannes and Auray, with its fishing boat and old rigging, its boat cemetery, and close to the beaches of Quiberon and Carnac. In the village you will have various restaurants, shops, artists' studios, and two markets per week.
