The location, view, service, cleanliness, and the aesthetics were fairly decent. Would highly recommend this place to my friends. Swati and Deepak are both very helpful and readily available which enhanced the stay further. Overall a very peaceful and happy stay.

Vaijayanti’s home is straight out of Pinterest! Every corner is thoughtfully designed, blending vibrant charm with clean, modern aesthetics. The attention to detail is impeccable, from the colour schemes and decor accents to the way everything is arranged to feel both luxurious and cozy. The rooms are beautifully done (those turquoise and pastel furnishings are even better in person!) and spotlessly clean. It’s the kind of place where you feel instantly at ease. Vaijayanti herself was an amazing host, super responsive and genuinely warm. She made the entire experience seamless and welcoming. One thing I really appreciated: they’ve thoughtfully designated two balconies for smoking. It keeps the house feeling fresh and clean while still being convenient for those who smoke, such a smart touch that reflects the host’s attention to comfort and cleanliness. Would 100% recommend this stay and would love to return again! <3

I was here for 2 days of stay, This place was heaven trust me the rain made every moment worth it, You will experience an amazing scenic views of mountains from your balcony ( make some coffee or tea ), the place was so specious for me and the pool is also nice. When u enter the property you will feel so so fresh, Try to breathe in some air straight away ..xD Overall 10/9 for this amazing property

One of the best resort I have visited. The host tetiana and vikas were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the pool . The location of our room was absolutely perfect, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. I must say the location of the resort is at best.

Great place to stay in Arpora. Sheeja's place was clean and comfortable. Sheeja had given us clear instructions and it was wasy to check in. Bathroom and linen were clean, all the appliances worked. Sheeja was responsive and helpful. Location wise its easy to get to Baga, Vagator and Calangute beaches and to fish restaurants like Goan Spice and Fat Fish from here. Also close to Birch night club which has good food and music. Parking is also easy. Well maintained and clean swimming pool - I just wish it was open past 7 pm because its hot all day. Shoutout to the watchmen for helping with luggage. Will come back to stay in the future.

The stay was very good. Good location and cooperative staff. It is much better in real than it appears in the photos. Overall it was very good. Next time I come to Goa, I will definitely stay here.

Harry and Tanna was a fantastic host Harry was responsive he helped me with the things . The location was great easy to find and everything as expected. One small issue was network and wifi is little weak besides that everything fine Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in this area.

We had a great time at this place. The apartment was very nice, clean and spotless. Daily cleaning service was fantastic. Shanku, the house keeper was fabulous. Akash and Sudershan were extremely helpful and looked after all our needs. Great job. Swimming pool was very clean and was a nice place to 'cool down' on a hot days. There are plenty of restaurants around and the taxi stand is just the opposite. We really had amazing 2 weeks at this place. Highly recommended for a short or a long term stay.

Beautiful place to stay when you want a place close to city , yet peaceful and private with a lush green view. Truly loved the experience. Shital the property manager was so helpful in all aspects , whether it was a late checkout request or any recommendations. Always kept in touch and made sure our stay was perfect and hassle free. Having stayed at this apartment complex before we were well aware about the location and all it offers. Close to local markets, bars and cafés, and a short drive from beaches. The stay was great as it offers the right amount of privacy, comfort and safety. Check-in was smooth as it’s self check-in and we were able to enter in without any issue during evening hours. There is decent parking space available in the building and just outside the main gate. The host is very approachable and helped us resolve the few issues we faced during our stay. The house looked just like the pictures, however a few rounds of deep cleaning may serve well as the place is starting to look of age. All in all a very good stay, would recommend it to others as well.

I highly recommend staying at Rhea's place. The host is extremely friendly and responsive. The house is well maintained and self sufficient to accommodate all your holiday needs. It's truly hard to find any faults, but plenty to praise and enjoy. My recommendation is don't think twice to book this place, if it's available just grab it and be stress free.

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us
