Waterfront vacation rentals in Arpora

We went as a group of friends. The stay was exactly as in the pictures. The pool was clean , all amenities were present. Parking is available, hence we rented a cab. The host was quick to respond and very friendly. Caretaker cleans the place daily includes utensils which is charged per item. I would happily recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great stay in nerul.

Everything about this place feels like home. The vibe is peaceful, calm and relaxing. The surroundings consist of tropical trees and a quiet neighborhood; away from the bustling energy of most Goa - all of which makes the stay unique. The location is very easy to find and the check-in was smooth. The decor and amenities are up to the point! The entire stay is uniquely aesthetic. The balcony is also perfectly designed with comfortable seating where I enjoyed my tea times. Brownie points for it! Overall the stay is very well managed by the host who is ready to help and respond at any given time. This stay feels like home away from home <3

The place was very nice and caretaker Faruk and Munna were very helpful. The place is very near to Miramar beach and you can see sun directly from the deck. The amenities provided are great. The bedrooms and washrooms are very clean and modern. The kitchen is very well equipped. All the good food places and restaurants are nearby. Overall very good property.

Some stays leave you with memories, but staying with Mr. Dicosta and his family left us with warmth in our hearts. From the very first moment — when they came all the way to receive us at the ferry — we knew this wasn’t just a regular Airbnb experience. It was something truly special. Mr. Dicosta welcomed us with cold beers, and he made sure my mother felt at home with her favorite cold drinks. But what truly moved us was his wife’s kindness — she walked just to get chicken patties especially for us, a gesture so small yet so full of love that it will stay with us forever. It didn’t feel like we were guests. It felt like we were visiting long-lost family. Their kindness, generosity, and open hearts turned our trip into something we’ll cherish for the rest of our lives. Thank you, Mr. Dicosta and family, for not just opening your home to us — but also your hearts. We came as strangers and left with lifelong memories.

Patricia and her husband are very kind people. We just felt like at home from beginning. Appartment was clean. We expected that we will be in 5 min walk on the beach but it takes longer. We had nice terrace where we enjoyed our coffee and breakfast. We got every morning tasty breakfast from the husband of Patricia. There was also a cleaning service every day. The owners are very kind and helpful people. The accommodation is in the quiet area but near to the shops, markets. We enjoyed our stay.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

We had a great stay. It is located in a very peaceful area and surrounded by many trees. Suril is a great host and very responsive. Reaching Ashwem beach takes 7-8 minutes on scooty, mandrem beach takes about 15 minutes on scooty. Many restaurants and cafes on the Main beach road. The air bnb is located little away from the main road and a scooty is recommended to go to the nearby grocery stores. Daily cleaning service is provided free of cost. Overall, it's a great value for the money charged.

I had an amazing experience at this house in Bastora! The house was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The host Allison was very attentive and considerate of our needs. She responded to all queries quickly. The host made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden is full of trees and flowering plants. One hears birds chirping all day long. The pergola in front garden is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee,reading or working. The river at the back added a unique and peaceful touch. A nice place to watch birds, and if you are lucky, also see the Otters! I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Nice host. Cozy arrangement. However, there were dogs barking crazily for non-stop 20mins at night which woke everyone up. There’s no hair dryers so better bring your own. After checking out, I found out I left my charger at the Airbnb and the host assisted me to get it back smoothly. Thank you!

Everything was great! This was my second visit to Captain Manik's place, and my experience remains just as wonderful as the first time. It’s a fantastic place to stay, offering stunning river and mountain views from the balcony. The interior of the flat is exactly as shown by the host on Airbnb - beautifully designed and well-maintained. The flat is fully equipped with all essentials, including kitchen utensils, air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living area, and, most importantly, excellent broadband speed and a Smart TV with OTT access. A car or bike is necessary for commuting. Overall, a great place to stay!
