This apartment has a large bright kitchen with oven, microwave, ceramic stovetop, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook small dishes. A bedroom with 3 single beds. A bedroom with a double bed and a baby bed. Bathroom with Italian shower, sink, toilet. A charcoal barbecue is available for good grilled food accompanied, why not, by rosé from the region. Shared washing machine. Closed private parking. Swimming pool, bowling and ping pong, trampoline, space for small children in synthetic grass to share. Check-in and checkout can be done independently, the keys are deposited in a box with a code.
