The skiing and hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest (Oberhof with international competition venues and Schmiedefeld) are easily accessible by car in 20-30 minutes as well as by public transport.

The S-Bahn (suburban train) stop is in the immediate vicinity and Erfurt's old town can be reached in just 7 minutes. So, you can leave the car parked without worrying. The apartment is very quiet with views of the countryside and perfect for lots of relaxation after an active day.

If you feel like it, you can "gärtner'n" with Diana and Moritz or just relax.
