The Little House

Renovated, it has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and desk, the other with two single beds, a kitchen-diner, bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a front yard and a garden with a terrace. Mini-market 3 min walk away. Motorway 2 min away [slightly noticeable outside]. Rio Maior and Santarém can be reached in 15 minutes. The coast and the beautiful beaches of Foz do Arelho are 35 minutes away. Peniche is 40 minutes away, Nazaré is 45 minutes away, and Lisbon Airport is 50 minutes away.

This villa is located at Rua Gregório Pinho n. 37, next to the Practical Police School, close to the historic center of the city and local commerce, very close to main services such as CTT, Convento do Carmo, Court, Employment Center and several tourist spots. 3 minutes from the A23 and A1, it is about 1 hour from Lisbon and 10 minutes from the city of Entroncamento, where there is a train station with connections to various parts of the country almost hourly.
