A beautiful, peaceful place alongside a babbling river. The accommodation, a tent, was luxurious. Great bed. Great linen. So lovely to go to sleep with some rain falling. Plenty of beautiful birds, butterflies, dragonflies, kangaroos. “Remote” but all the better for it.

This Airbnb home was perfect for our needs. We travelled down to Armidale for my daughter’s wedding being held on her fiancé’s family farm and, as I was doing most of the catering, needed a spacious kitchen to prepare. We also hosted several family friends/relatives the night before as it took all-hands on deck to get everything ready. Perfect location for that and also just relaxing the day after the event was over. The home is in good repair and perfectly clean, with a good selection (and quantity) of kitchen/dining cooking and serving equipment, cutlery and crockery. All in all a wonderful home and hosts.

Absolutely stunning place, the kitchen had everything we needed with some beautiful touches added. The bathroom was just superb and that shower!! Hands down one of the top AirBnBs we have stayed. So cloe to the town centre yet peaceful. The place was spotless and had high quality amenities. Tennis court, swimming pool, and studio with large book collection was superb. Cannot falt this place. Well done Eliza!

Our experience at Lucy’s property was magical. Tucked away in a private little corner of a HUGE property, we truly felt like we slipped away from the world for our stay. We were gifted the sounds of a flowing creek, an abundance of wildlife (highlights were the Platypus and hare), and cattle to gawk at. The site had everything we needed for our ‘glamping’ visit, with 3 different options for cooking, an eco toilet, and HOT showers. We were provided enough firewood for our entire, and another bonus was the comfiest bed/bedding, plus a solar charged battery for charging phones etc! Lucy left a list of cool spots to visit, and we went to them all!! An absolute must is climbing the Cathedral Rock, and visiting the pristine waterfalls all along this stretch of the tablelands. We LOVED our trip here, and being our first time to the tablelands, I don’t think we could have picked a better host, or a better spot the middle of all the national parks on this region. Thanks Lucy :))

What an awesome place to get away from it all. While I stayed here mid summer there was a cold snap and it got down to 10 degrees overnight. The fireplace was set up ready to go so I was warm and comfortable and had such a beautiful outlook over the mountains and moffat falls. Will stay here again.

This is my second stay at Carl and Kaz's place, and I will definitely be back again. It has everything you need in terms of amenities, the location is lovely and private and quiet, it's close to town, and is literally a 2 minute drive to the UNE campus. Carl and Kaz are super friendly, and are incredibly quick to respond to messages. I'd stayed in a bunch of airbnbs in Armidale previously before discovering their place last year, but since then it's the only one I'll use when I'm in town. Thanks again for a lovely stay you guys :)

The Little Styx cabins are a great get away. Very rustic, so make sure you are ok with the description. Great spot on a beautiful little creek. The cabin is basic but functional. You need to bring just about all your things like cooking gear. That was ok as we were prepared. Ebor town is about a 20 min drive. 10 km of that is on a pretty good dirt road. Ebor is a lovely little town with very friendly locals. We got to know them, and some let us fish on their properties. Recommend a tour of the trout hatchery, which is about 10 min away.

This is an absolutely magical place to stay, the house is immaculate and the gardens are stunning. Everything is as it is described. Liv is a responsive and friendly host. Readily avalible and always eager to help. It was so touching when Liv asked our dietry requirements to be able to provide us milk and bread. Then they went the extra mile and got us lactose free butter as well. Can not recommed this place highly enough. If you get the chance please do stay, it is 100% worth the cost! We will be back.

Was perfect for what I was looking for. Was in the area for my graduation and wanted a place where I could host a lunch after my ceremony and it was the ideal spot. The pool table got lots of use. Couldn’t recommend more highly !!!
