Great home and so easy to settle in to. Generous selection of food to choose from and kitchen has everything you need.

Lovely colonial accommodation. Enjoyed the fire which was snug. The older house could be cold in winter but there are plenty of heaters. Bedrooms were comfortable. Comfortable lounge. We will return. Great backyard.

Marie was a great host. We had to book in last minute and she couldn't have been more helpful. The next day we had to extend our stay and Marie relocated us to a second cottage on the same grounds within a few hours. We were with our doggies and they were also made to feel very welcome! The house was lovely and we felt right at home! Marie was also very responsive with everything to do with the booking! Very highly recommend to anyone visiting Armidale.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here in Uralla . The house was absolutely beautiful, was cosy and comfortable and had all amenities one could need. Helen is a friendly and accomdating host who will ensure you have everything you need. I will definitely be staying here again next time I am in Uralla.

place was incredible. the only downside for us was the internet was slow. this was just because my partner had to postpone her online exam. However this may be just due to limitations in Armidale. would definitely recommend the place.

Great place and perfect for our needs. Ben was super accommodating with our check out when our son got injured and was in hospital. Will definitely stay again if in the area!

Our second stay at this beautiful little cottage was just as great as our first! We love everything this place has to offer, a perfect cool weather hideout. Clean and comfortable and in a great spot to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside.

We loved staying here and looked into staying another night but it was booked. The location is a short walk to the center of town and all the restaurants. However, with the well set up kitchen, restaurants are optional. It is in a quiet neighborhood. When we come to Armidale again this will be our first choice.

A lovely clean, open place to stay. The beds & bed linen were very comfortable & the yard for the dog was great.

Daniel was a fantastic and super respectful host. We had a friend contact him wanting to drop off a present. Daniel arranged this and maintained our privacy. Home is exceptional as is host. Couldn't have been in a better accommodation- fantastic experience. Many thanks.

We had a great time at Ben’s place. Very central location in Armidale with most things in walking distance. Quiet, friendly neighbourhood. Facilities very clean, smelt like dettol when we had just walked in!

Really large 3 bedroom villa with nice furniture. We were attending a wedding, and it was perfect for us. Didn’t really use the kitchen, but it looked well equipped and you could easily prepare meals if you wanted to.

We had a lovely stay for a week. The house was pristine with beautiful fresh flowers in vases, beds comfortable, kitchen had all amenities , lovely touch with fresh herbs, milk and biscuits . Tea and coffee . Salt and pepper ect . Huge tv with Netflix . Information for were to eat and instructions for wifi . Washing machine and clothes line. Very comfortable and responsive host to questions. Thanks Daniel we will be back in October !

The accomodation was exactly as described and Daniel was always quick to respond to any questions etc
