The photographs of Bill’s cottage do not do it justice. There is a feeling of peace and tranquility soon as you walk in. Chocolates on the towels at the end of your bed, variety of jams, butter and milk as well as a loaf of bread in the kitchen added to that extra special feeling. The pillows are luxurious, the beds super comfortable. All up the cottage is absolutely gorgeous, situated in a quiet, beautiful street. Parking right outside the front. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Great peaceful location to stay. Gorgeous cosy cottage that is so beautifully set up. Olivia left us some bread, milk, simple supplies and chocolates which was lovely. If you get the chance book in for a stay.

We were visiting family in Armidale over Easter and this was an ideal base for catching up with them, grocery shopping, eating out or cooking a meal and just relaxing and having some down time. Wonderful to get out of the car in the evening or look out of a window early in the morning and see the milky way.

Perfect little weekend getaway with my daughter within close proximity to cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. Very comfortable bed, quality linen, warm cosy lighting, nice big screen TV to enjoy some Netflix. Lovely decor and beautiful scented candle and diffuser reeds creating an inviting space to stay in the beautiful town of Armidale. Melanie's recommendations were perfect; for great coffee, delicious pastries and sourdough bread to die for we enjoyed The Goldfish Bowl for breakfast and the queues were worth it. Signor Vertelli was the order of choice for the best Italian oven baked pizza. Thank you Melanie, if ever in Armidale we'll definitely stay again.
