Entering this beautiful apartment, you have a spacious living/dining room with direct access to the sunny, south facing balcony via large sliding doors. The building is secure, with access only via key entry, or via an intercom-connected remote door opening system for visitors. The balcony overlooks the pedestrianized seafront promenade of Armação de Pêra. A perfect place to enjoy breakfast, or a sundowner, while watching the passing trade down below. The living/ dining room area is spacious, with a dining table and chairs, as well as a sitting area, where the high quality sleeper sofa is located. It converts into a full double bed (140 cm x 200 cm). The apartment comes with high-speed internet and 120 TV channels and a large Smart TV. We also supply a high quality Marshall bluetooth speaker. There is air conditioning in the living room(for cooling as well as heating). The fully fitted, newly renovated kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and also a washing machine. There is also an electric kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric orange juicer, handheld blender and electric mixer. The kitchen is kitted out with all necessary cooking utensils, pots, pans, baking dishes, storage containers, etc. There is glassware for every occasion, including glasses for wine, beer, gin, champagne, martinis, port, etc. Crockery and cutlery are all of superior quality. The bedroom is spacious, with built-in wardrobes and a king-sized bed with a superior quality innerspring mattress, and air conditioning (both cooling and heating). The bathroom is completely renovated, with a toilet, basin, a big walk-in shower and a bidet. We supply a generous allocation of towels per guest, including beach towels. Downstairs, in the basement, we have a private parking space. As it is a corner space, we recommend only small to medium sized vehicles, as it may be difficult to park an oversized car. There is also free street parking available year round. Several supermarkets are within a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment, and the municipal market of Armação de Pêra is about a 8-10 minute walk away. Here, you can stock up on fresh, local produce, as well as fresh seafood from a large fish market. There are many restaurants and bars within short walking distance from the apartment. This is truly a place where you can come and spend your holidays without ever leaving the area. Everything one needs for a relaxing holiday is within easy walkable distance from this beautiful apartment.

Siete i benvenuti in questo stupendo attico appena rimodernato (agosto 2019) su due piani in cima a uno dei più alti palazzi fronte mare. Godrete di una vista spettacolare sulle spiagge, sulla passeggiata e sul caratteristico paese di Armação de Pêra. La posizione assolutamente favorevole all'inizio dell'isola pedonale vi permetterà sia piacevoli passeggiate lungo costa sia di attraversare la strada e accedere direttamente alla spiaggia libera.

L'appartement fait face à la plage et ses larges baies vitrées offrent une vue magnifique sur l'océan. Il se situe dans un immeuble de standing au centre ville et proche de toutes les commodités (superettes, marché, restaurants, boutiques, pharmacie...). Il est situé à 40km de Faro et a 20mn de Albufeira. Il est bien localisé pour découvrir la côte oueste avec ses falaises.( praia da Marinha, Benagil, Lagos et Sagres.)
