We had booked it for my 70th with all our family. Unfortunately my husband too ill and wasn’t allowed to fly. The rest of the family and grandchildren had the best time. The villa was as it was in the pictures, spacious and clean. The pool was spotless as the pool cleaner came to keep it maintained. It’s the first time my family had been to Portugal and they just loved it and would recommend anyone booking this villa would be very happy. They are due back today and the feedback from them has been very good. Infact we might just book this for next year. Steve and Natalie have been amazing hosts. We all would Definitely Highly Recommend this Villa and Location. 5 Star ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A Perfect Family Getaway in Lagos! We recently spent a week at this beautiful villa in Lagos with our family, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious and immaculately clean the property was. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, whether inside the villa or out by the pool. The highlight for us was definitely the pool area—it offered a stunning view that made every morning coffee and evening swim feel like a luxury experience. The outdoor space was peaceful and well-maintained, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sunshine. Ursula, our host, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. Her warm hospitality really added to the experience. The location was great too—quiet and private, yet just a short drive from the beaches and town centre. We felt completely at home and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A great, spacious, comfortable and new apartment. Ideal for those who travel by car: underground parking is available and location is great for driving to different beaches and exploring Algarve / Alentejo coast. Responsive host, helpful (we needed extra blankets, that were provided), good wifi if you are working remotely. Thank you for hosting us! Overall, highly recommend!

We arrived late after our flight was delayed and Rui was there waiting to check us in and show us around. Apartment in lovely location close to shops, restaurants and beach. We were there with 2 small kids and had great time. Rui was in contact during the week to make sure all was ok and very quick to reply to any questions. Had a fabulous week here would highly recommend.

Excellent location with privileged views of the coast and close to many places. Host was very polite and friendly. We really enjoyed the place, the views and the beach. Pool and facilities look nice and well taken care of. We had the bad luck of having damaged air conditioners although the host was very responsive and proactive; gave us some fans and price reduction to compensate. Will book again (after I am sure the AC works). Having a private parking is also great.

It was what we expected, since being in the center of the Algarve, we were able to move in both directions and visit almost everything.

Organized stay for my best friend's EVG. I love the area and Ms. Carmen's accommodation offers all the tranquility, amenities and shops nearby (shopping centers, restaurants, Karting activities, water park, beaches, etc.). The beautiful weather, the pool at the right temperature day and night and the air conditioning in the accommodation allowed us to enjoy the accommodation, the surroundings and also to rest. Ms. Carmen is available and responsive, gives good advice and has very good recommendations for the surrounding area. We'll be delighted to come back, for the hospitality and kindness of Mrs. Carmen.

We had a lovely family holiday at Villa Assumadas. The pool was lovely and clean and outdoor space was perfect for our party size. We had ages ranging from 70 years old to 8 months and all inbetween and it accommodated everyone. Helder was a fantastic host and very attentive. The location is remote but a great shopping centre 6 minute drive away. Taxis were always available and very cheap. Thank you Helder. We will be back!

We spent a lovely stay at this villa. Very well maintained, very clean and comfortable - located in a very nice pine tree private condominium with other villas near by. It can accommodate 10/12 people with plenty of space. Kitchen has been renovated this past winter, and most of the kitchen appliances are new. It has AC in all areas which is perfect for summer and winter months. The garden is very nice and the swimming pool with plenty of sun! Hosts are amazing and did everything they could to meet our needs. They also supported us with suggestions and requests prior our stay! We cannot ask for more, and we will come back definitely next year.

Actually, so much has already been written about this great Airbnb. We agree with ALL positive reviews. If you're planning a personalized vacation in the Algarve, book here. It was fantastic. Our life in the almost 2 weeks took place mostly outside. It is so nice to enjoy the first coffee/tea on the roof terrace in the morning or the wine in the evening. Our 2nd favorite place was the courtyard with kitchen counter. We loved having breakfast here and enjoying the affogato in between. We had planned not to cook. However, it was so much fun in this well-equipped kitchen. So there were small dishes or salads in the evening. Restaurants, the small market hall, the local grocery stores and 2 discount stores are within walking distance. We enjoyed Silves very much. There are good opportunities to shop for beautiful things here. Thank you Marta + Levi for the communication + the new dishwasher

Gorgeous flat with an amazing location. Angela's recommendations for food was spot on too. The rooftop terrace was so picturesque and it's rare that I sleep comfortably in an Airbnb but the mattress was perfect. My partner and I said we'd definitely come back, and it was great for a family with a baby too

The home is amazingly Portuguese. It’s very large and has amazing views. We had a wonderful time!

We really enjoyed our stay on Boliqueime. Elsa was a very helpful, friendly and responsive host. She also gave us great recommendations for beaches, restaurants and activities. We highly recommend this accommodation because of its location and approximity to the beaches, cities and restaurants as well as for the pool and having amenities for families with children. The apartment is very well located in Armação, it has very good restaurants nearby. The apartment is old, but with a great space, comfortable beds and beautiful decor. We had a great stay.

Henrique was a very responsive host. The apartment was clean, large, bright, but with minimal comfortable furnishings.

We loved the beauty of the view and the location above Dona Ana beach and being close to the boardwalk to ponte da Piedade. You are also close to old town Lagos for restaurants, as well as to the marina. Joanna was very helpful and responsive and the condo was well equipped, with beautiful dishes and everything you need if you wish to cook.

Great apartment just minutes from the beach with every amenity available for a family for a great holiday. Hosts do go the extra step with nice touches like a throw basket for cold nights on the couch! Recommend!

Fantastic view of the beach and activities/shops below. the flat was very clean and well-appointed. We could walk to just about everything we needed to get to. Highly recommend this flat. Couple of suggestions: go to Earth Cafe (10 min walk) for breakfast, walk to 7 hanging valleys trail, absolutely beautiful hike along the cliffs and ocean. (20 min walk)

I cannot say anything but positive things for this place! It truly felt like home. It was in the perfect location to not only a beach nearby, but walks around the area. Highly recommend this location to couples and solo travelers!

It was a really nice stay and flat, exactly as in the pictures with all what we needed. It was great to have an extra pair of towels!!
