We had booked it for my 70th with all our family. Unfortunately my husband too ill and wasn’t allowed to fly. The rest of the family and grandchildren had the best time. The villa was as it was in the pictures, spacious and clean. The pool was spotless as the pool cleaner came to keep it maintained. It’s the first time my family had been to Portugal and they just loved it and would recommend anyone booking this villa would be very happy. They are due back today and the feedback from them has been very good. Infact we might just book this for next year. Steve and Natalie have been amazing hosts. We all would Definitely Highly Recommend this Villa and Location. 5 Star ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A Perfect Family Getaway in Lagos! We recently spent a week at this beautiful villa in Lagos with our family, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious and immaculately clean the property was. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, whether inside the villa or out by the pool. The highlight for us was definitely the pool area—it offered a stunning view that made every morning coffee and evening swim feel like a luxury experience. The outdoor space was peaceful and well-maintained, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sunshine. Ursula, our host, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. Her warm hospitality really added to the experience. The location was great too—quiet and private, yet just a short drive from the beaches and town centre. We felt completely at home and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From start to finish we were very happy with the apartment. It was waking distance to beaches, the beautiful promenade with tons of restaurants and shops, a short walk to 2 large grocery stores, and centrally located in Algarve. There is a gorgeous boardwalk that extends about 56 kilometres connecting nearby communities, beaches and attractions. Armação de Pêra is a lovely place to stay and enjoy everything the Algarve has to offer. We visited Lagos, Albufeira, the Golden Triangle, and Tavira all a short distance away. Fábio was an awesome host and he offered unsolicited suggestions and so much more. We highly recommend this place and found it more that worth the price. Awesome trip, awesome location, awesome place to stay.

We arrived late after our flight was delayed and Rui was there waiting to check us in and show us around. Apartment in lovely location close to shops, restaurants and beach. We were there with 2 small kids and had great time. Rui was in contact during the week to make sure all was ok and very quick to reply to any questions. Had a fabulous week here would highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect stay — 10/10! This was the ideal place for a visit to the Algarve. Rosa was hands down the best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. From the moment I booked, she went above and beyond. Before I even arrived, she sent a detailed guide with everything I needed to know about the property, plus amazing recommendations for local restaurants, sights, and hidden gems. The home itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a fantastic stay. I truly couldn’t recommend this place more — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Era lo que esperábamos, ya que al estar en el centro del Algarve, nos hemos podido mover en ambas direcciones y visitarlo casi todo.

We had a lovely family holiday at Villa Assumadas. The pool was lovely and clean and outdoor space was perfect for our party size. We had ages ranging from 70 years old to 8 months and all inbetween and it accommodated everyone. Helder was a fantastic host and very attentive. The location is remote but a great shopping centre 6 minute drive away. Taxis were always available and very cheap. Thank you Helder. We will be back!

This was a truly fantastic villa, just what we (as a couple) were looking for (difficult to find good size villas for two persons); but could comfortably accommodate at least 4. Everything was as described; and Catia responded promptly to questions, etc. The villa is in a great location, less than 5 minutes walk from many restaurants (Sao Domingos is especially good) and other local amenities - Aldi is less than 5 minutes walk; a small Apolonia (think Waitrose Express) about 15-20 minutes walk (less than 5 by car); and a large Continente (Tesco/Sainsbury's) about 10 - 15 minutes drive (in the Algarve Shopping Mall). Praia da Gale is also 15-20 minutes walk (5 by car), with Restaurant Praia da Gale also recommended. It is beautiful inside, with plenty of kitchen equipment; and beautifully furnished and finished. Very easy to find as on the main road through the town. All in all, a fabulous place; and we will certainly look to book again when looking to stay in Gale.

We spent a lovely stay at this villa. Very well maintained, very clean and comfortable - located in a very nice pine tree private condominium with other villas near by. It can accommodate 10/12 people with plenty of space. Kitchen has been renovated this past winter, and most of the kitchen appliances are new. It has AC in all areas which is perfect for summer and winter months. The garden is very nice and the swimming pool with plenty of sun! Hosts are amazing and did everything they could to meet our needs. They also supported us with suggestions and requests prior our stay! We cannot ask for more, and we will come back definitely next year.

Wir waren eine Woche in Sophies Unterkunft und es war super nett und entspannend! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Was man wissen sollte, die Wohnung liegt ein paar Meter oberhalb der Straße, man sollte also fit genug für den Weg sein. Wir haben es mit Koffern problemlos geschafft. Das Bad ist sehr klein, aber alles machbar. Die Küche war wirklich super ausgestattet. Restaurants und Lebensmittel sind fußläufig erreichbar, Sophie stand uns immer als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung!

We hebben genoten van het mooi en gezellig huisje. Lipa was steeds bereikbaar. Bij aankomst werden we verrast met lokale lekkernijen. Volgens ons is dit huisje uitermate geschikt voor een koppel of een koppel met maximaal twee kinderen. Pera is een goede uitvalsbasis om verschillende uitstappen te doen.

La maison pour débrayer, dans la simplicite, ressourçante. Elle est très bien équipée en vaisselle, linge de maison, on a l’împression d’arriver chez des amis qui ont tout laissé à disposition. Le grand plus est cette belle plage à 2 pas . C’est juste passé trop vite

Wir haben zwei Tage im Haus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war perfekt und wir konnten viel zu Fuß erledigen. Ferragudo und seine Umgebung ist eine Reise wert. Ricardo und Priscila waren sehr bemüht und sehr gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

Wish we could have stayed for a month! Claudia was wonderful! What a little gem she has! Perfectly decorated, everything we needed, clean, comfortable, it was a perfect stay!

Pedro's place is absolutely beautiful, with a grand vista of the ocean! It's clean and convenient and we loved it!

It’s our second visit here and we loved it as much as we did the first time, especially how’s there’s air conditioning! It’s a home from home with everything we needed. Sarah is helpful, friendly and responsive. See you next year

O apartamento é muito bem localizado em armação, tem restaurantes próximos muito bons. O apto é antigo, mas com um ótimo espaço, camas confortáveis e decoração linda. Tivemos uma ótima estadia.

Ich war 4 Wochen in der Unterkunft. Leider konnte man den Swimming Pool nur die letzten 5 Tage nutzen. Der Grund war Instanthaltung. Dafür habe ich noch zusätzlich 2 Tage mehr in der Unterkunft kostenfrei bekommen.

Apesar te ter sido pouco tempo, o espaço é impecável, a hospitalidade 5 estrelas. Espaço bastante limpo e com excelentes comodidades. Muito bem situado perto de supermercados praia e restaurantes. Recomendo e bastante!! obrigado Pedro, por tudo!

From the moment I booked Isabel's apartment through Airbnb, everything went PERFECT. Isabel was a wonderful host and was readibly available to me if I had any questions. The moment I opened the door to the apartment, I was very pleased with what I saw. It was such a lovely welcome to see how everything was in place and ready for me to begin my stay. Immediately, I felt at home. The location, balcony and view of the ocean was perfect! I was able to purchase some groceries and make some meals with ease in the kitchen. I brought my little Yorkie dog with me and he clearly felt at home too! The location to the little town was perfect and within easy walking distance. There were plenty of restaurants in town and an easily accessible little beach. For me, it was the PERFECT place to stay within the Algarve region (easily accessible to other towns within the region as well). If/when I return to Algarve, I will most definitely request a stay here. I promise, you'll be pleased here!

place is really nice, spacious, nice lot of provisions provided, lots of restaurants and of course right on the beach. fantastic tips about all things in the area provided. if you are a light sleeper you will need ear plugs but it's not too noisy considering you are right in the heart of a resort town (i slept well).

Fantastic view of the beach and activities/shops below. the flat was very clean and well-appointed. We could walk to just about everything we needed to get to. Highly recommend this flat. Couple of suggestions: go to Earth Cafe (10 min walk) for breakfast, walk to 7 hanging valleys trail, absolutely beautiful hike along the cliffs and ocean. (20 min walk)

I cannot say anything but positive things for this place! It truly felt like home. It was in the perfect location to not only a beach nearby, but walks around the area. Highly recommend this location to couples and solo travelers!

Très beau logement si vous cherchez un endroit calme proche de la plage. Les habitants sont très sympathique et il y a beaucoup de commodité proche. On s’est rapidement senti chez nous. De plus, à seulement 25 minutes il y a la superbe ville d’Albufeira.
