Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Arlington

We had a wonderful stay at Maggie’s home. Our family of 10 (ages1-74) gathered there from 3 states. The house and yard are spacious. Everything is labeled in the kitchen and many spices are provided. The house was clean and well maintained. We were grateful for the high chair and pack and play. The large dining room table was perfect. I highly recommend this as a home away from home. Maggie was quite proactive on communicating to make certain we had an enjoyable stay. She is definitely a 5 star host with a 5 star property!

We were traveling as a group of 8 people and there was plenty of space for everyone! House was beautifully appointed, spotless, and in a great, walkable neighborhood which felt very safe and close to everything (large grocery store close by). Very easy to get to DC using the Metro. Although a few minutes closer to the East Falls Station, worth the drive to the West Falls Station as parking gets tight at the East one and in our experience, no problem at all at the West one. Short drive to the Heidelberg bakery which was definitely worth the trip! Jack was very responsive and whenever I reached out via messaging, he would reply in less than half an hour. We spent most days visiting the sights in DC and it was great to come back from a busy day and relax at the house. Great spacious backyard with a stone patio, fireplace, grill and accessories and a great porch swing which everyone enjoyed. Definitely A+!!

This booking was wonderful! Jason greeted me and my 5-year-old grandson on arrival, let us into the garden apartment, and gave us the tour. The space was clean and lovely, with lots of books and games and cable t.v. There are printed instructions as well as recommendations for things to do in the area. The kitchen was fine for our simple meal prep, but if you need something like a blender they will loan you theirs. I loved the location. The neighborhood is gorgeous. The incredible National Zoo is two blocks away (and free, but you now need to book tickets online in advance—Thanks to Jason for the heads-up). There's also an AMAZING playground at Beauvoir School on the grounds of the National Cathedral, a 15-20 minute walk away. I wish we'd had a longer stay so we could've explored the area more. I never did meet Trish, but she was responsive to my messages before we arrived. My grandson and I both hope we can stay there again!

We just spent a wonderful relaxing weekend in DC at Daisy’s beautiful apartment. The apartments was impeccable and had all the basic amenities and then some. The bedding was comfortable to catch up on a good night’s sleep. Bathroom had all necessary toiletries and towels. There was a welcome Basket and a wine bottle for us as we arrived. The kitchen had a great selection of coffees and two kinds of coffee machines. Daisy got some more variety of coffee after we requested. Steven and Daisy were excellent with communication and helped us get in the apartment on our late arrival when we struggled with the lock. The apartment had a great location close to DC attractions and some excellent restaurants within 15 minutes. The checking-in and check-out instructions were simple and clear. We would highly recommend staying here and would not hesitate to rent again when we are in DC.

Great space, close to DC and easy to get on the metro. Super well equipped for longer stays, very comfortable beds and would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place for our family to call home while we visited DC. Lots of room in a quiet neighborhood within eyesight of a playground. Clare was proactive and attentive.

Such a nice place to stay! This place had so much character and a great option (and better value) over a hotel. Loved the location, close to everything including DCA, but so quiet. Off street parking was a very nice bonus. This isn’t a place for a group, but perfect for a small family or couple. The hosts provided very clear instructions for access and amenities. The WiFi code being on a qr sticker several places in the house was a nice touch. I worked a bit during my stay and the back porch office area was perfect. We are in dc often and this will be our first choice place to stay from now on.

She is very responsive and replies and addresses fast. Recommended places to eat! House was just as described, very clean, and hot tub was clean and spacious. Highly recommend to anyone.

Jeannie was a wonderful host, so responsive and helpful - giving great recommendations and making all instructions clear. It is clear that she cares so much about creating a space where people can find space to rest or reflect, with lovely prompts and good books and quotes set about the house. It's situated in a picturesque neighborhood where you can just as easily find great food as you can a lovely walk through the woods. Would highly recommend.

It was perfect for a week-long stay - having a kitchen makes things much easier. It's located in a nice spot, and it felt homey and easy to get to and from. I was able to work, read, cook, sleep and relax!

We had a wonderful stay at Enchanted in Alexandria! The space was beautifully stocked with everything we needed, and we felt comfortable and right at home from the moment we arrived. Becky was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. One of our favorite features was the garden area – so peaceful and charming, and the fire pit made it even more special. If we’re ever in the DC area again, we’ll definitely be booking Enchanted without hesitation. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy and stylish Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—beautifully designed, super clean, and really comfortable. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the apartment that made it feel like home. The neighborhood was quiet and well-connected, with great cafes and shops nearby. Check-in was smooth, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Ciarra and Deven were amazing hosts! Their home was in a prime location, affordable, and provided excellent accommodations. I arrived in the city earlier than expected, and they did not hesitate to provide an early check-in. The home was beautiful and very peaceful. I will definitely recommend staying in their home when in town.

Perfect location! 3 min walk to metro is priceless. Restaurants and CVS nearby and walkable. Amazon Fresh & Whole Foods a few mins away by car. Easy entrance and staff were friendly in lobby. Dog friendly. Quiet building for the most part and very clean. Heaters worked perfectly. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure in shower. Beds were very comfortable and everything in working condition. There was a water pipe on the top floor that burst creating water leaks on our day of checkout and Jennifer was very responsive and communicative, nothing they could have done anyway. Otherwise this would have been a perfect stay. Would stay again.

Great Airbnb. Just as shown. Plenty of space for 4 of us; bedrooms were spacious. Great boho vibe throughout. Well appointed, nice touches throughout. Loved that there were mirrors in each room.

Everything was great! listing is as described. The host/administration company was very responsive. They allow us to do early check-in. We also ran into an issue with the coffee machine that was solved the same day! There were minimal details that for sure will be fixed as soon as communicated. I invested 4 nights with my kids and parents at this place, and everyone was very pleased with the stay and accommodations provided.

This place could not be more perfect for our trip to DC. It was the perfect distance to the metro. Our group of 8 had so much space of our own, yet plenty of room to be together in the common spaces and not be on top of each other! We went in the coldest month of the year, so unfortunately we didn’t get to experience the best of what the outdoor areas had to offer but the views were breathtaking regardless. Melanie’s place was extremely clean and everything was provided and then some! Everyone in our group would like to go back in warmer months to spend more time outside. Before we got there, Melanie explained that there was an issue with one of the sinks in the cabins and said she would credit us accordingly. I thought that was great! It did not hinder or create a problem whatsoever! I hope we get to make it back sometime!

Idalma was a very great host. Beautiful property filled with green space. There are places to go for entertainment very close by. Also is very peaceful at night! Highly recommend and will happily book again in the near future!
