We have central heating, a gas fire and large King sized and Double bedrooms with SMART TVs, ideal for up to 4 guests. You'll find beautiful countryside on our doorstep as well as several pubs, a convenience store and pharmacy.

Ideal for paddle boarding and kayaking( equipment not provided).

Yingyangpad - wheelchair/accessible accommodation

WELCOME Now open for 2026 and looking forward to greeting guests both new and old. Built under the guidance of a wheelchair using friend we have provided most, but not all, of the facilities to suit less mobile visitors, although everyone is more than welcome to stay with us. It is rustic themed and located around 5 mls (8km) from the A1 and 3 (5km) from the M62 motorway, with good road/rail and bus links. All our guests have the full private use of the detached annexe during their stay.
