Genuinely appreciate all of the effort Sandi put into the house for her guest. By far the most prepared house. Clean pots and pans. Seasonings and sandwich bags. Clean linens and soft beds that are comfortable. Grills with gas ready to use. Overall an amazing place to stay close to downtown Prescott. Watching the deer and Javalina walk through the property was awesome. I spent most of my time on the balcony watching the birds and trees. This place was extremely clean, comfortable and relaxing. This one truly is 5 stars.

This was a very beautiful house. We have stayed a many airbnbs and this one was by far the most like home. Well stocked with what we needed and more. Very peaceful backyard. We ate outside more than inside. The host was very good and keeping in contact and letting us know anything we may need to know. She was even willing to remove a snail we we wanted. Peaceful location within walking distance from a beautiful lake. Our daughter said, "The next time we come to Prescott, rent this house." We will definately see if it is open the next time.

The place was great! We’re locals who had an emergency flood and were able to book same day. Gabriel’s place is located in a great area with parks, groceries and the highway easily accessible. The place itself was great, backyard was roomy with an alley behind so no worries about my dog or noises

Loved the private garden patio area, so peaceful and relaxing. Casita setup was great with a large TV in a separate living space from the bedroom. Yuko and her husband, Taylor were super responsive, tv was not functioning properly and Taylor came right over to try to fix it, ended up replacing it that night. Very thoughtful and responsive hosts. Will definitely stay here or at one their other properties on our next visit to Tucson.

We loved the stay. We felt right at home. We enjoyed the spacious rooms, living rooms. We loved the pool and hot tub. Has a grill equipped ready to use. I cooked all week and had everything I needed, pots, bowls, plates. I was able to find everything with ease. If I had any questions or concerns Johnny responded quickly. Definitely would stay again and would recommend 10/10.

Loved how accommodating it was for our large group. Comfortable beds, clean space and the double washer and dryer on both floors were awesome and helpful. It’s also right next to all the local food joints and shopping. This place was top-notch.

This was perfect for our family of 6. Lots to do: billiard table, pool by the lake, grilling area, kayaks, excellent TV’s, and a gaming room. Close to everything while staying near family in Northern Phoenix. Very close to the State Farm Arena which is where our Niece’s graduation was held. Definitely would stay here again.

Everything was welcoming and thoughtfully put together, and we truly appreciated the unique atmosphere. Alice was a fantastic addition that we loved and appreciated. Darbi’s quickly became our favorite place to eat, and Porter Mountain Stables was a fantastic local experience we’d highly recommend. We also really appreciated that the home was dog-friendly—it made the trip even more enjoyable for our whole family. Your place is special, and we’re so glad we had the chance to stay. We’d absolutely love to come back again!

We loved staying at this cabin. It was exactly what we were looking for and will definitely be coming back to stay next spring. We love visiting Prescott and are happy to have found this place. Bryan was an amazing host, and was very responsive and gave us some local recommendations, like seeing the NYE boot drop on whiskey row, which we did and it was a blast! Thank you for being such a great host, we loved your cabin and saw a ton of wildlife, including a few beautiful bucks and a large group of javelina. 10 stars, A+

This is the second time ive stayed here and Robert and Lynn are simply the best. The nicest people not to mention their dog Rita is my new best friend. Communication was top notch, they would text me about places i could park with my boat, they text me to let me know that about check out time when i asked. Just a perfect weekend in a perfect place right on the water with your own boat dock. The place is cozy, clean, and has everything youll need. Could not have been better thank you Robert and Lynn again,see ya next time!

This cabin was the perfect place to get away and do nothing but rest, read, & enjoy the silence. But, it’s also close enough to several nearby towns to go eat at a restaurant or plan something outdoors. And best of all, the whole process was made easy so I could relax. The host, Layne, was always responsive and made sure I was comfortable the short time I was there. Well done!

We had an overall great experience during our stay! The place was clean, well-equipped with all the listed amenities, and the beds were very comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the patio – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The only downside was the WiFi, which unfortunately was unreliable during our four-day stay. When it did work, the connection was fine, but it was mostly inconsistent. Despite that, we really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back in the future. Highly recommend this spot for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!

Perfect for a staycation. Nicole was more than accommodating and her place was exactly what we needed when my family was evacuated from our home 45miles away due to the Greer Wildfire. Although, it was a stressful time this quiet home provided a place of peace and comfort as well as top notch, fun amenities. My kids enjoyed the zip line, backyard, garage and hot tub. Rooms were amazing; roomy with tv’s, cozy beds and doors for the back patio. Simple, serene, quiet, comfortable and so gorgeous. Thank you! I’ll find any excuse to return.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed Carrie's place. Check in was easy, the house was spacious. There were plenty of games to keep the kids entertained. The backyard was great for the kids to play outdoors. The kitchen was well stocked as well. It was definitely one of the better cabins we've stayed at in Munds.

Twin Pines is a beautiful home! Our families really enjoyed our 3 days there. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to cook all of our meals for our entire stay. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The lighting & decor/ ambiance was so inviting, especially in the living room. The backyard was wonderful. The kids really enjoyed the playhouse & we loved spending evenings by the fire. Overall, a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back. 🖤🌲

Jeff was great! Everything ran smoothly and the cabin was lovely. My brother forgot his crocs there and Jeff kindly let us know and sent them back to us. Very hospitable!

Amazing space! Right in the middle of nature with a beautiful view. The night stars were a sight indeed! Brady was super kind & helpful with suggestions. He also showed us his garden & gave us fresh lettuce & herbs to make a salad, yum! Felt right at home & definitely recommend. You’ll be amongst good people and within a restful peaceful environment.
