What a gem! Will visit again🙏🏼

First, I booked this whilst on the road. for the next day. The hosts were soo accommodating as it was not ready when I booked but by the time I arrived ( early) all was done including the pool! Remember it is outside the holiday season in Greece. The place is immaculate, with beautiful furniture and fittings. Nothing was too much trouble. I took it for myself, but 3 fellow motorcyclist turned up and we loved it so much, and the area for an extra day. cannot fault anything or the hosts. Good tip given, is walk to town, taxi back. Awesome. Thank you also for the impromptu breakfast and Medical help. Pete Codman +3

beautiful, special, tiny charming house in great nature. We and our two daughters really liked it. Especially the fire place in the colder evenings was so cosy. Great place to explore nearby Zagori and do lots of hiking.

we had a great stay at the accommodation. lovely and helpful host. Apartment provide all you need and good located in Permet. surely recommended this place.

A simple but very nice place with a great view of the harbor from above! The bed is very comfortable, the shower works well and in the kitchen there is everything you need. Alexandro's family is very friendly, straightforward and helpful. We felt comfortable

Fantastic place and Mrs. Evelina is a very sweet and wonderful person! The house was perfect and the owner had made sure to equip it with anything you can imagine. He had already filled the kitchen with breakfast ingredients. Juices, bun, jams, milk, butter, olive oil, coffees we hardly had to buy anything ourselves. The tranquility of the location along with the great view was 10/10!!

Beyond our expectations! Highly recommended. Christos is very kind and friendly and the place is peaceful and closer to everything. A place to call home in the wonderful Ioannina!

Charming quiet house, large garden and very convenient terrace with direct access to the living room and kitchen. Well-equipped both inside and out, nothing is missing, not even a nice BBQ, which is very useful in these latitudes. We traveled with a child under 2 years old, everything was ready for him too including a crib and a room well suited to a child of this age. Communication with our hosts was perfect and we want to thank them for their great availability. Finally, everything is within walking distance (shopping, beaches, restaurants, aperitifs, boat tours and rentals, etc.) but it would be a shame to deprive yourself of a means of transport that you can rent on site. Indeed, the area is very beautiful and allows for beautifully varied visits. (Ioánnina and its old town, the Acherontas canyon, and beautiful archaeological sites incredibly well preserved). Don't overlook a small seaside cafe in Igoumenitsa. Thanks for everything!!
