Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Arifiye

We had a short but extremely relaxing holiday that we couldn't have said would have been nice. The cleanliness, views, and amenities of the house are tremendous. It's great to wake up to the sounds of birds. We would like to thank the host who even thought of the fireplace wood you will use during the stay and have thought about all the house needs. It is a resort that we intend to repeat at the first opportunity.

It is a lovely place. The pool is large, and the bungalow is extremely clean and has everything that you need; the kitchen is fully equipped, and the host is very communicative and helpful. We had a great time staying there! the road is a little rough, but not too much

We had a very enjoyable weekend. There is no other property around it. We were very isolated. The pool and the interior temperature of the house was good. It was also quite clean.

Everything was great. The location is beautiful and overlooks Lake Sapanca espacially that we've our car. The apartment sapce and design is excellent for a small family , the furniture is modern and clean. It has two floors, one bedroom, one bathroom with a jacuzzi, and one balcony on the upper floor. The ground floor has a living room, a fully equppied kitchen, and a bathroom. The disadvantages: 1- the bathroom in ground floor need more ventlation. 2- the washing machine were not available but Mr. Kemal was very cooperative and solve the issue immeditaly. Thank you Mr. Kemal for your kindness and cooperative which let us extended our stay for two more nights and enjoy our time in Spanca.

We stayed for 3 nights. Everything was perfect for cleanliness and hygiene. Everything was perfect, whether it was the pool temperature, the amenities of the house. Mr. Barış responded to all questions instantly and provided us with the opportunity to have a smooth holiday. I would definitely recommend it to those who are thinking about staying:)

We were very happy with everything as a family. The house was very clean. The kitchen had everything needed. Each room had air conditioning. Overall, the house is very useful and designed. The pool was clean and large enough. In addition, since there are no trees close to its surroundings, we did not have many problems such as falling bugs, leaves, etc. The yard had multiple seating areas and we were able to play ball games outside thanks to its width. Also there was no problem in terms of privacy even though there was a house near it. Since we originally came from the dirt road, our car was difficult on the way up the hill, but then we discovered the paved road and our transportation became easy. It's also an advantage that there are many grocery stores within close driving distance. The host was also caring and available. One of the places we would choose again on our next vacation.

The place of the house is a calm and beautiful place a little further outside the busy houses in Sapanca. There is a busy street right in front of the house, there is some vehicle pass during the day. The garden of the house is beautiful, it is large enough, the indoor pool is a great advantage, especially in winter, there is a very large pool, although the pool temperature was not bad. Overall a very nice house we would love to stay in again.

It was a great experience for us. I say this as someone who has stayed in different places in Sapanca before, an environment has been offered as if they would live on their own, not for the guest. The house was spotless, the amenities were quite enough, we didn't even need to ask for anything. The pool was hot 24/7 and my 2.5-year-old daughter entered easily. The house floor heating was quite hot, there was no need for air conditioners. Having a dishwasher did not waste time on our vacation and was the best in terms of hygiene. In some comments, when we woke up in the pool in the morning, we saw bugs, which is a very normal situation, the outdoor area may be insect, the tree flowers can fall, but there is also a net to clean it. The only thing I can say is missing for the guests coming, towels and slippers. There were no towels for the pool, there was a shower, but since we used our personal towels, there was no problem. It was really a place that deserved the full amount of money. Thank you Ms. Elif and her husband for everything. We have a☺️ mind, we will want to go again:)

It is a lovely place, very big, lots of beds, very clean and a very nice e pool and bbq area, we enjoyed the stay very much.

We went as 2 families, our beds were sufficient as 8 people, the warmth of the house and the cleanliness were perfect, and Mr. Mustafa's interest was very hospitable, we got a lot of value for the money, the pool temperature was clean, thank you very much for your interest and relevance, we are planning to go back to him soon

Ms. Ebrar made us have a great experience by taking care of all our needs in a very friendly way. The house is very central and also within walking distance to the lake. Waking up to the sounds of birds in the morning is a great feeling, it felt very good for us. It was a place that added value to its short vacation with a lot of relaxing activities, whether it was the weather, relaxing with the jacuzzi, making a campfire. Mr. Kenan's great friendly, helpful hosting would have made our holiday more clear.

It was an incredibly nice experience, Mr. Muhhammet was very warm and helpful, we tried all the facilities in the house (pool, jacuzzi), it was quite warm and clean. Mr. Medet answered all our questions completely and the problems provided a solution in a short time, we had an electrical problem, but he made gestures for this, even the electricity problem was taken care of in a short time, we had no difficulty in finding a location, the house was very nice, we loved the smell of wood, the pool and the jacuzzi were very clean, the rooms were tidy, we offered all the opportunities for a comfortable holiday, thank you Mr. Medet and his family☺️
