Andrea was a great host! So accommodating and kind, and very responsive and helpful when we had questions about anything. The place was as depicted and had the comfiest bed. Views from the balcony were beautiful!

This was the best stocked AirBnB in my month in Italy. Real home away from home experience. It is as described in her photos with some lovely welcome touches. It is close to the train/bus station in a quiet area. Communication was effective and timely. Siria was very thorough with directions and entry. Would stay here again for sure! Loved our stay! Would recommend :)

First of all Roberta is a Superhost in all departments! From great communication to meeting us at the water bus to take us to the apartment all our dealings with Roberta were first class. The apartment is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. It is in a great location between the Rialto bridge and St Marks square and is very quiet. We were thinking of getting a vaperetto pass but Roberta said she always walked everywhere without any problem so we did the same and really glad we did it as we saw so much - not just the main attractions. This apartment is great so don't hesitate to book it.

The accommodation is a true gem! The location, with its view of St. Mark's Square, nestled in the narrow alleys, is simply a dream. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures; very chic, with vintage furniture. The terrace is inviting. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped. Communication with the concierge service was extremely pleasant, proactive, and very accommodating. We would return in a heartbeat if we ever came back to Venice.

Marc and Elizabeth’s space is spacious and beautiful. The kitchen and bathrooms are tidy and well equipped, and the beds are comfortable for sure, but the inspiring design is what should compel you to book. All the details make it feel very special from the terrazzo floors, to the textiles, to the thoughtful lighting. My teenaged sons will forever remember lounging in that gorgeous living room, playing chess while Gilberto Gil and John Coltrane play softly on CD in the background. Cannaregio is a perfect place to stay — away from the most crowded areas but still accessible to everything . For reference, we were able to walk to the Maritime museum on the opposite side of Venice in 30 minutes. Elizabeth was kind and her dining recommendations were spot on.

Fabio was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had with Airbnb. He went out of his way to meet us at the train station, arranged for a water taxi to take us from the train station to the apartment, ensured we were settled in at the apartment, set us up with a water taxi back to the train station, and even escorted us to the water taxi station on our way out. He was very responsive, kind, and helpful.

thank you so much for accommodating my large family! you thought of everything that a home away from home could offer. the kids enjoyed running in the yard and we appreciated the security gate for that purpose. 👍🏼😌

Pamela’s Airbnb was perfect for our mother-daughter trip to Venice! The location couldn’t have been better, just steps from charming cafes, beautiful canals, and all the sights we wanted to explore. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and felt incredibly safe and welcoming. Pamela was a kind and thoughtful host, ensuring we had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. Wonderfully quiet and quaint spot in Venice! Easy to walk to all the sites and loved being right on the water with access to the water buses and airport shuttle. The space itself is so lovely and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend!!

Our stay at Beatrice’s place was fantastic. The apartment was well-kept, cozy, and ideally located. Beatrice was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. Venice was stunning, and having such a comfortable place to return to each day made the experience even better. Would absolutely recommend!

This place was extremely welcoming and clean, with everything you need for a stay, including a washer and dryer! Pia and Marco were very communicative and helpful. While you wouldn’t know it from the street or neighborhood, once you come through the gate you are instantly taken to your own personal oasis in the city. Perfectly accessible to the train station as well as easy walking distance to the rest of the city. There is a public park around the corner that was very vibrant with local activities every day, with some serious pick up basketball games going on. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend!!

A very spacious and comfortable accommodation, in a peaceful and pleasant neighborhood, close to the city center and amenities (supermarkets, etc.) Flavio gave us some valuable tips for sightseeing. Our exchanges were always very pleasant and interesting and we appreciated his great availability the accommodation being closer to the main roads, it was very easy to explore and discover this beautiful region in view of our different Airbnb experiences, this is a meeting that will remain unforgettable for us and we hope to be able to return!! Watersdoor was the highlight of our Italian honeymoon! At the start of our stay, Maria and her daughter were very friendly and greeted us to show us the way to the condo. Upon our arrival, the candles, mini bottle of champagne, and rose petals were such nice touches. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, and has all that you need for a stay in Venice. The washer/dryer came in handy as well! Maria provided excellent recommendations (e.g., restaurants, transportation suggestions, sights, special events in the area, etc.) throughout our trip. Maria made our honeymoon a memorable experience and we are very grateful!!

This was by far the best Airbnb we have ever booked. The place is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, but what stood out to me was how they thought about every single detail. For example, I love to cook, and in the places we stay, most of the time, it is not the best experience. Someone just went and bought utensils without much thought. Here, you have anything you would need to cook a nice meal. This level of care was not only evident in the kitchen but also throughout the entire apartment and in the entire guest experience, from check-in to checkout. Valentina is also incredibly responsive and kind. Thank you for a great experience!

This apartment exceeded our expectations and it is even more beautifully decorated than the photos suggest. The careful attention to detail was truly superlative, extending to things like a shoehorn and hand sanitizer by the doorway, a pitcher of cold water waiting in the fridge, etc. It is very convenient to the train station, just steps away from the Ponte degli Scalzi (so only one major flight of stairs to navigate with luggage once out of the station) but yet extremely private (and very quiet with windows shut). Francesca was friendly and helpful; she greeted us in person and was very accommodating with our schedule. We'll definitely try to stay here again next trip to Venice - thank you for the wonderful stay!

Very comfortable space and beds. Large bathroom. Kitchenette has the basics. The two rooms are separate and connected with a corridor.

A really great spot in the historic area, easily walkable into the hustle and bustle whilst being out of the way and quiet. The place itself is great-felt very much at home and relaxed! Exactly what we needed Be aware, as it’s in the historic area (which is ZTL) you usually can’t drive right up to the property, but Silvia was very helpful in finding nearby parking. Silvia also offered her local insight and advice for places to eat and visit which was great. Would definitely recommend, and we’ll be back if we visit again!
