I am ideal for a couple, friends or small family (1 couple + children) wanting to discover Annecy and enjoy the lake and mountains. You will discover the essential (and non-essential) shops at my feet, the local market 3 days a week, a stone's throw away, and especially the beaches and the lake 200 m away The train station is 500 m away, and parking is nearby.

We offer the rental of our small, recent 70 m2 house. It has a magnificent view of the Bornes Aravis mountain range that will make you escape. The open kitchen living room as well as the terrace will allow you to enjoy it fully. The house is adjoining another house, it has its own private access and a parking space. Our villa is located in the village of Argonay, 10’ from Annecy and its lake, 25’ from ski resorts such as La Clusaz as well as Geneva airport.
