We felt like a very comfortable apartment and very well located in relation to all the services you may need: public, banking, gastronomy, beach... we had everything we needed literal a few meters away! Even the days we couldn't enjoy the beach because of the weather, we had recreational and fun activities nearby. We definitely recommend the apartment!

We had a great time at Valeria's place. Everything was as described, even better than in the photos. The small garden area is a plus to enjoy the sun. There is a very good Wi-Fi connection that allows you to telecommute. The accommodation is very well located for visiting the pretty city of Mar del Plata. Nelly was Adorable You can go there without a second thought.

The attention of 10. The apartment is impeccable and has a garage. The location is excellent. It's on a busy avenue so it can be a little noisy, but that's because it's downtown
