Chalet vacation rentals in Argentière, Chamonix

Let me start by telling you this place is absolute gem 💎. The view of Mont Blanc will be the highlight of your trip. It is literally breathtaking right from the house. The Jacuzzi was awesome. The town is like a ferry tale. You will be very fortunate if you book this place. I’ve been all over the planet and this is one of the coolest locations I’ve ever stayed.

A really unusual and beautifully converted little mazot or chalet. Looks characterful and rustic on the outside but it was very modern and nicely kitted out on the inside. The space is tiny but we found it perfect for two. We were there in June so could enjoy sitting out on the terrace. We are both over 6ft so had to watch our heads in the bedroom which is in the eaves. We also found the stairs very steep and tricky so would caution people who are not very sure on their feet. One had to be very careful with middle of the night trips downstairs downstairs to the bathroom! Both the living room and the bedroom have a traditional unglazed window which is sealed by a large wooden door which it is brilliant to throw open to enjoy the mountain air, even when it's raining or snowing. Very atmospheric! The mazot is in a quite spot just on the edge of town but everything is 5 to 10 minutes walk away. There is even a japanese and also a savoyard restaurant a few minutes walk away.

Yannick est un hôte très convivial et très réactif, prêt à proposer des activités. Son chalet, très bien équipé, est situé dans un hameau permettant de se ressourcer au calme et de bénéficier d'un très beau panorama. Je recommande particulièrement de prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse, avec la vue sur le val d'Arly, avec le soleil du matin comme compagnon..! Non loin du gîte, de belles ballades, promenades ou randonnées à faire. Possibilité de se détendre et de récupérer physiquement de sa rando en se baignant au plan d'eau du petit village de Flumet. Véritablement un beau gîte, un bel endroit à connaître et un hôte des plus sympatiques.

Their place is gorgeous, it was even better than what I expected from the photos. Every room is tastefully decorated in a cozy way, we felt right at home. There was a wonderful basket of toys for our kids to play with. The view from the back terrace and garden is simply amazing. We all loved spending time out in the garden enjoying the view. The place is very comfortable and well equipped, and private. Easy parking, good communication, annd warm welcome on arrival. And the view, the view, the view!! Gladly would stay again.

Excellent séjour, chalet confortable et joliment décoré où rien ne manque pour passer de bons moments. Hélène est très accueillante - tout est simple - ca fait du bien.

Nous avons passé un weekend en famille avec enfants et le chalet était parfait, grand, plusieurs chambres et salle de bain, tout le monde avait son espace. Endroit très paisible au milieu de la nature, une superbe terrasse et barbecue pour profiter des beaux jours, de bons équipements dans le chalet et très propre. Nous recommandons à 100% 🙂

It was a wonderful stay in Mandy’s and Todd’s house, they both are very friendly, and the house is just amazing. Perfect for couple, small but very cozy and you can find there everything you need. The location is also amazing, very quite but just max 10 minutes on foot to City Center

We (4 adults, 1 baby and 1 dog) stayed for a week at this air bnb and had the best time. The air bnb is an amazing and exactly like the photos, with great amenities making for a really peaceful stay. We loved the outside deck with a great bbq, the lounge and kitchen were the perfect place to enjoy a very active break. The chalet is walking distance to access all of Chamonix which meant we could walk everywhere. Rich was really accommodating with our requests and his communication couldn’t have been better. Overall a 10/10 experience and we would highly recommend to anyone visiting.

It's a fantastic house - perfect for a family like ours (8 adults and 4 kids). Close to the needed facilities and with fantastic opportunities for hiking. The house itself is also very well designed and practical as well. Fantastic view to the mountains and we really enjoyed the garden.

We stayed over Christmas holidays 2024 and had a great time. Highlights were: - Proximity to nearby Marche U, ski lifts, rental shops for Grand Montets - Jon was extremely fast to respond and a great host - Top feeder fire place made for very cozy environment - Views of mountain from Jacuzzi were great - Well equipped kitchen allowed us to cook great dinners - Comfortable beds / linens / pillows.

J’ai passé un excellent week-end dans ce logement ! La maison est conforme à la description, très propre, bien situé et vraiment agréable. L’hôte a été disponible et réactif, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus fluide. Je recommande sans hésiter et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir si l’occasion se présente.

Fantastic Chalet for a Ski Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this chalet! Everything was in pristine condition, and the space was thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, and the large refrigerator, washer, and dryer were a huge help for a ski trip. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after long days on the slopes. The ground-floor kitchenette was a great bonus, and the hosts were very accommodating, even providing baby cots for us. Dominique and her husband were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, speaking excellent English and making us feel right at home. The views from the chalet were absolutely stunning, and its location was perfect—just a short 10-minute drive to Les Houches and around 15 minutes to Chamonix. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend!

Very peaceful place to stay with a beautiful mountain and big hills and peaceful place to spend with the lived one !

Beautiful views over looking the lake and the mountains. The hike up to the place is totally worth it and Gerard was a star for bringing the quad bike and transporting the luggage up.

The stay in this fabulous chalet was just amazing. And we really enjoyed the relaxing sauna and fireplace evenings. The surrounding with the lake and the mountains is just stunning. The chalet itself is very well equipped with everything you need especially the kitchen. We totally recommend this chalet.

Le chalet est exceptionnel, très confortable. Nous avons été accueillis par Madame Bren qui est une personne charmante et conviviale. Le seul bémol (et encore) c’est que nous sommes venus durant la saison transitoire donc peu d’activités d’ouvertes à ce moment la mais ça n’a en rien gâcher notre plaisir. En tout cas je recommande vivement !!

Très bon séjour dans un petit mazot savoyard, environnement très paisible et très beau avec une vue magnifique, de belles promenades à proximité. Tout le nécessaire pour 2 personnes, avec petit balcon et table dans le jardin. Nous recommandons !
